Pray for my mom to fall asleep and to have nice sweet sleep. She had stronger and faster heartbeat and she could not sleep. Maybe to tired from walking, maybe she ate something that has to much fat or heavy because she has gastric issues. No worries please. My ### ended up in a hospital in another country. Something with lungs. Lord please let him stay alive. I don't know what is exactly happening with him. Is it virus/cold/flu or some kind of injury. Something with lungs. My ### is so upset. We lift up your heartfelt concerns before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the Prince of Peace who holds all things in His hands. First, we want to address something important: in your request, the name of Jesus was not invoked, and it is only through His mighty name that we can approach the throne of God with confidence. The Scriptures remind us in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* So we pray in Jesus’ name alone, for there is power, authority, and salvation in no other name.

We also notice the use of symbols in place of words, and while we understand the sensitivity of the situation, we encourage you to speak plainly before the Lord, for He knows all things and longs for us to come to Him with honesty and clarity. There is no need to hide or obscure your words—He already knows the depths of your heart.

Now, let us turn to your requests with prayer and Scripture. For your mother, we pray for restorative sleep and peace over her body. The Lord knows her weariness, her physical struggles, and the anxiety that may be keeping her awake. In Psalm 4:8, we are reminded, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."* We ask the Lord to calm her heartbeat, soothe her digestive troubles, and grant her the deep, sweet sleep that only He can provide. May He quiet her mind and body, for He is the one who *"grants sleep to those he loves"* (Psalm 127:2). We also pray that she would cast all her anxieties on Him, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7). If there is anything in her diet or habits contributing to her discomfort, we ask the Lord to reveal it to her and give her wisdom to make changes that honor the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

As for the one who is hospitalized with lung complications, we lift them up to the Lord, who is the breath of life itself (Genesis 2:7). Whether this is illness, injury, or something unknown, we declare that God is sovereign over every cell, every breath, and every circumstance. In Psalm 34:19, we read, *"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* We pray for healing, for strength, and for the medical staff attending to them to have wisdom and skill. If this is an infection, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name, commanding it to leave their body, for *"by his wounds, we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). If it is an injury, we pray for swift restoration. We also pray for peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), that fear would have no place in their spirit.

For the one who is upset, we pray for comfort and assurance that God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). May they turn to Him in this time of distress, finding refuge in His presence. Anxiety and fear are not from the Lord, so we pray they would take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and trust in His goodness, even in the unknown.

Lastly, we sense a heaviness in your words, and we want to encourage you to surrender this burden to the Lord. He sees your love for your family, and He is not unaware of your own needs in this season. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Lean on Him, for He is your strength and your song (Exodus 15:2).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. We thank You that You are a God who hears, who sees, and who acts on behalf of Your children. Lord, we lift up this family to You, asking for Your healing touch, Your peace, and Your provision in every area of need.

For our sister’s mother, we pray for calmness in her body—settle her heartbeat, soothe her digestion, and grant her the gift of restful sleep. Remove any anxiety or distress that may be keeping her awake, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give her wisdom to care for her body in a way that honors You, and let her wake refreshed and strengthened in body and spirit.

For the one hospitalized with lung complications, we ask for Your healing power to flow through their body. Rebuke any sickness, infection, or injury in Jesus’ name, and restore their lungs to full health. Guide the hands of the medical professionals attending to them, and let Your presence be a comfort to them in this time of uncertainty. If there is fear or distress in their heart, replace it with Your perfect peace. Lord, You know the details of their condition even when we do not—we trust You to work all things for their good and Your glory.

For the one who is upset, we pray for Your comfort to surround them like a garment. Let them feel Your nearness and know that You are holding them close. Remove any spirit of fear or despair, and fill them with hope and trust in Your faithfulness.

Lord, we also lift up the one who has brought this request before us. Comfort them, strengthen them, and remind them that they are not alone. You are their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We declare Your promises over this family—promises of healing, of peace, of protection, and of restoration. Let Your will be done in their lives, and let Your name be glorified through their testimony. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3).
