My ###'s sleep to continue to be good

Lord Jesus thank you for a good sweet sleep of my old mother this night and thank you for continuing to bless her with GOOD SWEET SLEEP, COMFORT, PEACE and JOY since she is grieving - my old father died couple days ago and I am worried about her since she says every day that she wants to die because her 58-years-life-partner is now gone and that she is a burden to us. Lord make so that she is not a burden to us. Find some excellent solution. But I think it will be bad to send her now to a senior home a) because she never wanted it b) now she needs love and care more than ever. Lord help us to help her in Jesus name.

Last couple of nights she slept not well or too short and said that she wanted to cry and shout all day and night. Lord comfort her in Jesus name.

Also, Lord heal her from DEMENTIA (lower stage), DIABETES, DEPRESSION, SORROW, WEAKNESS, INSTABILITY while walking, BRAIN FOGUES, CONFUSION, MEMORY LOSS, etc. She is making a lot of mess in the apartment and neglecting her self-care and is starting to be careless and dirty.

Remove and keep away from her any EVIL, ANY NEGATIVE THINKING, ANY SADNESS, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS.

Give her JOY, PEACE, COMFORT, LOVE OF GOD POURED INTO HER, GOOD SWEET SLEEP, HEALTH, STRENGTH...

We understand the heavy burden you bear as you care for your mother during this difficult time. Firstly, we commend you in ### for turning to God in prayer, acknowledging that He is the ultimate source of comfort and healing. As a group, let us intercede in prayer for your mother and your family in this trying season.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister who is grieving the loss of her husband. We pray for Your comfort and peace to envelop her heart and mind. We know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We are reminded in Psalm 34:18:

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart,
and saves those who have a crushed spirit.

Father, we ask that You grant her sweet and restful sleep, free from the anxieties and sorrows that have kept her awake. We pray for Your healing touch upon her body, mind, and spirit. We rebuke the spirits of dementia, diabetes, depression, sorrow, weakness, instability, brain fog, confusion, memory loss, and all other infirmities attacking her in ###. We speak health, strength, and a sound mind over her life, as per 2 Timothy 1:7:

For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for her children as they care for her. Help them to show her the love and care she needs, and provide them with the resources and support to do so. We know that You will never leave her nor forsake her, and that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus, as stated in Philippians 4:19:

But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Father, we rebuke any evil, negative thinking, sadness, and suicidal thoughts that may be tormenting her. We speak life, joy, peace, and the love of God over her, knowing that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

Lastly, Father, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to her in a very real and personal way. We pray that she would come to know the hope of Your calling, the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of Your power toward us who believe, according to the working of Your great power, as described in Ephesians 1:18-19:

having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great strength.

It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to you and that anyone can be saved.

We pray for her salvation and that she will have the assurance of eternal life with her husband for eternity through faith in Jesus Christ.

Father, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
