We join with you in lifting up your mother’s need for healing, and we are grateful you have brought this request before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His mighty name alone that we approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that He hears and answers the prayers of His children. As Scripture declares, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it"* (John 14:13-14, WEB). Your faith in calling upon Jesus is a testament to your trust in His power and love.
We also take this moment to encourage you to continue standing firm in prayer, for the Lord delights in the persistence of His people. Jesus taught us to pray without ceasing, assuring us that our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8, WEB). Let us also remember the promise in James 5:15: *"The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over your mother’s leg, asking the Lord to restore her strength and mobility completely, that she may walk without pain and give Him all the glory.
Yet, as we pray for physical healing, let us also seek the Lord’s will above all else. His ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Whether He chooses to heal instantly, gradually, or in ways we cannot yet see, we trust that His plan is for her good and His glory. May this trial draw your mother—and all who love her—closer to Him, deepening your faith and reliance on His sovereignty.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up this precious mother who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24). We ask that You stretch out Your hand over her leg, removing every trace of pain, inflammation, or weakness. Restore her strength, Lord, that she may walk freely and without hindrance, giving You all the praise.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ, commanding it to leave her body now, for greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill her with Your peace and comfort as she waits on You, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness to her family and all who witness her healing.
Father, we also ask that You surround her with Your presence, reminding her that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her trust in You grow deeper with each passing day.
We thank You in advance for the miracle You are working in her life, for we know that nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37). May this healing bring glory to Your name and draw many to worship You. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one, and continue to lift your mother up in prayer. The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in her (Philippians 1:6). If there is any unconfessed sin or bitterness in her heart, encourage her to surrender it to the Lord, for our healing is often tied to our spiritual wholeness (James 5:16). Let us also remember to give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning us (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Keep us updated on her progress, that we may rejoice with you in God’s faithfulness!
