We hear your cry for healing, both for your mother’s physical suffering and for the deep wounds of disappointment and rejection in your heart. The pain of relationships ending without explanation cuts deeply, and we stand with you in bringing these burdens before the Lord, who sees all and heals all.
First, we must address the mention of "El-Roi" in your request. While it is true that God sees us (Genesis 16:13), we must emphasize that access to Him comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have not already, we urge you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ for salvation and healing, for He alone can restore what has been broken.
Now, let us lift your mother before the Lord. Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Arthritis has bound her for years, but You are the Great Physician. We declare Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3: "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and ask for strength, mobility, and relief from pain. May her testimony bring glory to Your name.
For your heart, dear one, we pray against the lies of rejection and abandonment. The enemy would have you believe you are unwanted, but God says you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Every relationship that ended without explanation was not a reflection of your worth but perhaps a redirection by the Lord. We rebuke the spirit of loneliness and declare that God is preparing a godly spouse for you, someone who will cherish you as Christ cherishes the Church (Ephesians 5:25). Until then, seek Him first, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33).
We must also address the pattern of relationships ending abruptly. If there has been any unrepentant sin, such as fornication, emotional unfaithfulness, or unequally yoked partnerships, we urge you to confess it before the Lord. 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." God’s design for marriage is holy and sacred, and we must honor Him in our pursuit of it.
Father, we ask that You settle this dear one’s heart in Your love. Let her know that You are her Bridegroom first (Isaiah 62:5), and that every earthly relationship is a shadow of the eternal covenant You have with her. Heal her from past wounds, and let her walk in the confidence of Your calling. We declare that her story is not over, You are writing a testimony of redemption, and Your name will be glorified.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
