We lift up your precious son before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to touch his arm with divine healing. The Word of God assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to restore strength and mobility to your son’s arm so he may once again enjoy the activities he loves, like drawing.
We also pray for joy to fill his heart, for the psalmist declares, "You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore" (Psalm 16:11). May the Lord bring laughter and lightness to his spirit, and may you, as his mother, hear the sweet sound of his joy. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and through Him alone that we have access to the Father.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of pain, limitation, or discouragement that may be affecting this young one. We declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that Your plans for him are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen his body, lift his spirits, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust You to work all things together for his good, and we thank You for the healing and happiness that are on the way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Hold fast to hope, dear one. The God who created your son’s hands and gave him the gift of artistry is the same God who hears your prayers. Continue to bring your requests before Him with thanksgiving, and let your faith be strengthened as you wait on His perfect timing. You are not alone in this—we stand with you in prayer and faith.
