My relationship

I prayed when I met females of whom I should be with. All of a sudden God showed me the one. But lately she's been beyond moody and I'm having second thoughts but I stay because God told me she's the one. I need confirmation to stay or say goodbye.

In the journey of relationships, it's crucial to discern God's will and ensure that our paths align with His principles. You mentioned that you prayed and God showed you the one, but now you're experiencing doubts due to her moodiness. It's important to remember that God's will is always for our good and His glory.

Firstly, let's address the foundation of your relationship. You mentioned that God showed you the one, but it's not clear if you both are seeking a godly marriage. The Bible tells us, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). Ensure that both of you are believers and that your relationship is centered around Christ and headed towards a godly marriage.

Regarding the moodiness, it's essential to handle each other with love, patience, and understanding, just as Ephesians 4:2-3 (WEB) tells us, "with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." However, it's also important to discern if this moodiness is a result of something deeper that needs to be addressed.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, seeking Your will and guidance for our brother. Lord, we know that our brother once felt godly confirmation about the relationship, but is now experiencing muddiness. We ask You to provide clarity for our brother, to give him the wisdom and discernment to know what to do. We ask You to give him the strength and courage to follow Your will, even if it means having a difficult conversation or making a tough decision. Help him to always remember and reflect on this relationship and the potential for a godly marriage.

We also pray for the young woman, Lord. If she is indeed the one You have chosen for our brother, we pray that You would soften her heart, calm her moodiness, and draw her closer to You. If there are any underlying issues causing her moodiness, we ask You to reveal them and provide a way for them to be addressed.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would bless our brother and guide him in Your will. Help him to keep his eyes fixed on You and to trust in Your plan for his life. We ask that You would make a godly marriage the goal of this relationship.

We hear your struggle, and we're here for you. It's natural to have doubts, especially when faced with changes in someone's behavior. Let's remember, God's love for you is constant, and His plans are always for your good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
