Father, I ask You to give your daughter a complete understanding of what You want to do in her life, and give her spiritual wisdom. When she knows your will she will always honor and please You, and she will continually do good, kind things for others and she will learn to know You better and better. God make her thoughts agreeable to Your will, so her plans are established and succeed. Direct her steps and make them sure. Father, You have destined and appointed her to come progressively to know Your will, to perceive, to recognize more strongly and clearly, and to become better and more intimately acquainted with Your will. I thank You, Father, for the Holy Spirit Who abides permanently in her and Who guides her into all the truth — the whole, full truth — and speaks whatever He hears from the Father and announces and declares to her the things that are to come. She has the mind of Christ and holds the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart. Give her peace about her life. She does not need to look at the exterior things that the world looks at to judge her progress. You look at the heart Lord. Help her to be content in this chapter of her life. Help her to use her time to serve you in ways she could not if she were married. Help her pray and learn of the career you want for her and give her the steps to go get it. Marriage may bring trouble that she is not ready for yet. Prepare her for the day when she is married and let her be content with her single life now and until then. You know her desires Lord. Lead her joyfully in the right direction!
She has entered into that blessed rest by adhering, trusting, and relying on You, in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah!
