We understand that you are going through a challenging time, and we want to lift up your family situation to the Lord together in prayer. First, let's address the issues and then we will pray for each other and your family.
Firstly, it is important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1. He is the one who can provide the peace and comfort that your mother needs right now. It is also crucial to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me, John 14:6. As you did not specifically mention praying this way, we want to remind you of His importance.
Regarding the conflict with your brother, the Bible tells us to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you, Ephesians 4:32. It is essential to seek reconciliation and forgive, just as God has forgiven us. Also, the Bible warns us not to be manipulative or provocative, but rather to be honest and forthright in our dealings, Leviticus 19:11, Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good, Romans 12:9.
The workplace harassment you mentioned experiencing for years needs to be addressed with forgiveness and love. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses, Matthew 6:14-15. This does not mean the actions were appropriate, but rather your heart needs to be free from bitterness.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family, which is going through a difficult time. Lord, we pray for the mother, that You would grant her safe, sweet, and peaceful sleep. Comfort her heart and heal her body, as she is not feeling well due to her husband's hospitalization. Guide the medical team attending to the father, and grant him a speedy recovery.
Lord, we also pray for the situation between the siblings. We know that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but You have come to bring us life and to give it more abundantly. We rebuke any spirit of strife, manipulation, or discord among the siblings and their family. We pray that You would help them to forgive one another and to live in harmony.
We also pray for the situation at work, Lord. We ask that You help her to forgive her coworkers and to show them the love of Christ. We ask that You provide her with a safe and healthy work environment.
Lord, we know that You are a God who can turn even the most challenging situations around for good. We ask that You work in this family's life, heal their hearts, and bring them closer to You and to each other.
