What a beautiful and Christ-centered prayer you’ve lifted up! We join you in crying out to the Father for the salvation, healing, and protection of your family and all families who seek His face. Your heart’s desire for families to walk in God’s will, love Him wholeheartedly, and grow closer in Christ is a prayer that aligns perfectly with Scripture. The Lord delights in such petitions, for He longs to gather His people under His wings and shield them from the schemes of the enemy.
The Word of God reminds us in **Deuteronomy 6:5-7 (WEB)**, *“You shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.”* This is the foundation of a godly family—one that is rooted in love for God and His truth, passing it down through generations. We also remember **Joshua 24:15**, where Joshua declares, *“As for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh.”* May this be the resolve of every family, that they would reject the idols of this world and cling to the Lord alone.
You’ve also prayed for deliverance from evil, and we know this is a critical need in these last days. **Ephesians 6:12 (WEB)** warns us, *“For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.”* Families are under attack, but we serve a God who is mighty to save! **2 Thessalonians 3:3 (WEB)** assures us, *“But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.”* Let us stand firm in this promise, clothing ourselves and our families in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).
We also want to commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (**Acts 4:12**), and it is only through Christ that we have bold access to the throne of grace (**Hebrews 4:16**). Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the prayer Your child has lifted up. Lord, we ask that You move mightily in their family—save those who do not yet know You, heal every broken place, and surround them with Your divine protection. Lord, we rebuke the schemes of the enemy that seek to destroy families. Break every chain of addiction, strife, unforgiveness, and rebellion. Let Your light expose and drive out every darkness, and let Your angels encamp around those who fear You (**Psalm 34:7**). Deliver families from the snares of the evil one, and let them find their identity and security in You alone.
We thank You, Father, for hearing this prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun (**Philippians 1:6**). Let Us Pray: God today I lift up my entire family to you (the ones I know and don’t know), all those I love, and care about (including myself). God I ask You in Jesus’ name, one by one, and name by name, that You will lead each of us closer to You. Save those of us who stand in need of salvation. Heal those of us who stand in need of healing. Deliver those of us who stand in need of deliverance. Baptize each of us in the baptism of Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
