My Prayer this Weekend for my Marriage

[HOPE]

Lord,

I believe in miracles. I believe that you are working on a miracle in my life too. I know that somehow you will banish the legal motions and the workings of the courts and the lawyers and the judges that have created a wall between me and my husband. The legal system is man-made and has no power over Your Will for our lives. I know that none of these legal papers means anything in the long run. I know you have a plan that will reunite me with my husband so I can return to my home as his wife.

I lift Kevin up to You in prayer. During this time that our daughter is spending with me, and Kevin is free from that responsibility, may You work a miracle in his life and open his eyes to what really matters.

You know Lord, as well as I do that he will spend this “free” time partying like the men in Jude 1:4 --”ungodly men, changing the grace of our God into sexual immorality, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ“ and 1:16 “These [men] are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own desires, and their mouth speaks great swelling [words], sweet talking so they can take advantage.”

Lord I pray that he finds no satisfaction in any activities that go against the restoration of his marriage , the family that he created in the name of God and his relationship with You. May You work a miracle in Kevin‘s life as in Jude 1:23 “and some save, snatching them out of the fire.”

I bind Kevin’s mind to the mind of Christ. I bind Kevin’s will and desire to God’s will and purpose for his life. I bind Kevin to the family that he created in the name of God when he made his vows in church in front of our families, friends and God himself.

I bind my heart to Your heart. May You soften my husband’s heart and bring him to a renewed love for me. May he desire the special bond of family---father, mother and child.

I pray that Kevin desires that our family stay together and reunite mother, father and child under one roof in love, joy and mutual respect. AMEN

Lord, I pray that Hope will be very blessed this weekend and the time her daugther is staying with her. I pray for total restoration of her marriage and I stand in full agreement with her prayers.

I pray You deliver Kevin from the evil attraction in his life, from this mystery of iniquity that is for the moment at work.

We believe that Your power is greater than that of the enemy and we stand in the gap for the eternal Life of Kevin and for the sake of his marriage covenant and his child.

May his mind be bound to the mind of Christ and may he be bound to the family he created.

Through the power of the Blood of Jesus may the workings of evil be stopped in his life. In Jesus Name. Amen

I ask you to continue to work in Hope, and to carry her through each day with the peace of knowing you are in control, and a mighty work of miracles are hers for the keeping Lord. May the time with her daugther be nothing less than a blessing in both of their lives Lord, amen.

I ask for restoration of this marriage in accordance with your will and purpose for Hope and Kevin. Bind Kevin to godly and righteous behavior and place obstacles in front of him to discourage ungodly behavior. Lord, I ask too for protection for Hope's daughter. Please give her a calm spirit in spite of any turmoil around her. Let the time with Hope be a time for Christian instruction and encouragement.

Lord, please give peace to this household. Soften hearts and reveal your glorious plans for this family. Lord, we give all glory and honor to you. In the name of Jesus, I pray.
