Aunty Dottie going thru a triple bypass on thurs.
My mom w/a heart condition, my dad whos been in remission w/prostate cancer praise GOD.....but now takes care of my mom full time w/Alzheimer & demencia. They'll be leaving Las Vegas, since living here about 5 years now, and returning home to family on Oahu. They'll be living with my sister on the beautiful side of the island called Kaneohe!
Complete blessings for my husband who is such a blessing to me & my family. He works so hard and gives of himself always.
And Im sure this is on the list of many, prayer for our finances!!
My best friend Cindy, who's a memeber like me and my husband, has a son and daughter who are in their mid twenties & openly gay. Ive tried to tell & show her what the bible says about homosexuality, to no avail although she knows its wrong & excuses it with saying that all I can do is pray for them, theyre of age. Which is partly true, but theres alot she can do and lead them into GOD's blessings by trying to tell and show them the truth and not stand for alot of things that go on in her presence!! I believe that we should love and pray for them always, but I also believe that we shouldnt take part in their homosexual lives and be apart of their goings on and chime in and laugh and make the kids believe that my mom is cool & its ok to be gay cause it then becomes her sin too!! I would love and pray for my kids too if they were gay, but I would NOT allow them to carry on in my home or in my presence. My kids would know that I wouldnt condone it because I fear the LORD more than anything else and that gayism is a sin. And people would say that everyone sins and yes that might be so but at least we could ask for forgiveness and be forgiven and not make that same mistake again. But you cant keep asking for forgiveness for the homosexuality and continue in that lifestyle, it doesnt work that way!!! She cant or wont see it!! Pls help me as well to contend or deal with her as a friend and show me how to handle this very delicate situation. I dont like hanging with her like we used to cause of her kids and all their gay friends who are usually all around and all the crud that goes on in her home, I cant and wont deal with that because of my beliefs. I love her kids so much but will not be apart of all the escapades that go on, its so wrong!!!!!! Sad to say, we talk more on the phone than see each other like we used to!! I need BIG prayer on this one!!
