We join with you in lifting up your granddaughter, Destiny, and her mother, Maria, before the throne of grace, where we may receive mercy and find grace for timely help. Your heartfelt cries have reached the ears of the Lord, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The enemy has sought to steal, kill, and destroy, but we know that Jesus came that Destiny may have life, and have it abundantly.

First, we praise God that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by this name that we come boldly before God, and it is in this name that we rebuke the spirits of anorexia, insomnia, OCD, and oppression that have sought to bind Destiny.

We recognize that these struggles are not merely physical or mental but spiritual battles. The enemy has sought to distort Destiny’s perception of herself, her worth, and even her identity in Christ. But we declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that the Lord has a plan for her—a plan for hope and a future. *"Don’t you know that you are a temple of God, and that God’s Spirit lives in you?"* (1 Corinthians 3:16, WEB). The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in her, and He is greater than any force that seeks to destroy her.

We rebuke the spirit of anorexia that has sought to starve not only her body but her soul. This is a demonic stronghold, and we command it to be broken in Jesus’ name. *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* (John 10:10, WEB). Destiny, the Lord desires for you to live abundantly, to eat and be nourished, to find joy in the sustenance He provides. We pray that God would supernaturally restore her appetite, that He would renew her mind, and that she would begin to see food as a blessing rather than an enemy. *"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."* (1 Corinthians 10:31, WEB).

We also rebuke the spirit of insomnia that has kept her awake, tormented by compulsions to exercise and restless thoughts. Sleep is a gift from God, and we declare that Destiny will lie down in peace and sleep, for it is the Lord who sustains her. *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord alone, make me live in safety."* (Psalm 4:8, WEB). We pray that the Lord would quiet her mind, that He would break the cycle of OCD that drives her to exhaust herself, and that He would restore her body to health. We declare that her bones will be strengthened, her hormones balanced, and her body renewed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Destiny’s struggles with osteoporosis and early menopause at such a young age are not God’s will for her. We pray for divine healing, that the Lord would reverse these conditions and restore her body to full health. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We ask that God would touch her physically, emotionally, and spiritually, that she would experience His healing power in every area of her life.

We also lift up the generational curses and words spoken over Destiny, particularly those from her father. Words have power, and the enemy has used them to bring bondage. But we declare that those curses are broken in Jesus’ name. *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,’"* (Galatians 3:13, WEB). Destiny is no longer under the weight of those words. She is redeemed, and we pray that she would walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for her.

We pray for Maria, Destiny’s mother, that the Lord would give her strength and wisdom as she cares for her daughter. We ask that Maria would fully surrender her life to Christ, that she would find her rest in Him rather than in her own efforts. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* (Matthew 11:28, WEB). We also pray for Justin, Destiny’s stepfather, that the Lord would soften his heart and draw him to salvation. May he come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, that he may be a godly influence in Destiny’s life.

Destiny needs divine connections, godly friendships that will encourage her in the faith. We pray that the Lord would bring people into her life who will speak truth, love, and life over her. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, WEB). We ask that God would surround her with a community of believers who will walk with her, pray with her, and remind her of who she is in Christ.

We declare that Destiny will have a supernatural encounter with Jesus, one that transforms her from the inside out. Like Paul on the road to Damascus, may she be radically changed by the power of God. *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."* (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). May she hunger and thirst for righteousness, for the Word of God, and for the presence of the Lord. May she find her identity in Him alone.

We also address the doorways that may have been opened through involvement in ungodly practices, such as Halloween and scary movies. These things can invite darkness into one’s life, and we pray that Destiny would turn away from them completely. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). May she fill her mind with the things of God, that she may walk in victory.

Lastly, we pray for Destiny’s salvation to be made complete—not just in word, but in power. If she has confessed Jesus as Lord, we pray that she would walk in the fullness of that confession, that she would experience the freedom Christ has purchased for her. *"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."* (John 8:32, WEB). May she no longer be bound by the lies of the enemy but walk in the truth of God’s Word.

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken yet hopeful hearts, lifting up Destiny and her family to You. Lord, You see her struggles, her pain, and her bondage, and You are not distant from her suffering. We ask that You would move mightily in her life, breaking every chain that seeks to hold her captive. Rebuke the spirits of anorexia, insomnia, OCD, and oppression, and cast them out in the name of Jesus. Restore her mind, her body, and her spirit, Lord. Give her a supernatural appetite for food and for Your Word. Let her sleep be deep and restorative, free from the torment of the enemy.

Father, we pray for divine healing over her body. Reverse the effects of osteoporosis and menopause, and restore her to full health. Touch her brain, Lord, and rewire her thoughts. Break the cycle of compulsive behavior and fill her with Your peace. Let her encounter You in a way she never has before, that she may know Your love, Your power, and Your freedom.

We pray for Maria, that You would give her strength and wisdom. Draw her closer to You, Lord, and let her find her rest in You alone. Soften Justin’s heart and bring him to salvation, that he may be a light in Destiny’s life. Break the generational curses and words spoken over Destiny, and let her walk in the freedom of Christ.

Surround Destiny with godly friendships, Lord. Let her find a community of believers who will walk with her, encourage her, and remind her of her identity in You. Close every doorway to the enemy in her life, and let her hunger for Your presence above all else.

We declare that Destiny is fearfully and wonderfully made, that she has a purpose and a future in You. Let her arise from this season of bondage into a life of freedom, joy, and abundance. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save, heal, and deliver. Amen.
