My mother passed away a year ago this past June, but someone had filed a lawsuit against her shortly before her passing for a car accident she caused a few years ago. The person in the accident already sued my mother's insurance company, but now this person has filed another suit against my mother personally. My mother's insurance company has been providing a lawyer to represent her posthumously, but they are now asking about any assets she left behind. She didn't leave much, but it was enough to really help me and my brother and I am very worried this person will take what she left to us. Please God, take this burden from us. Father, You know all things, and I pray that this person was not injured in this accident and will not be rewarded for trying to take advantage of this situation. If, however, this person was truly injured and has suffered as a result of this accident, I pray you will help me and my brother find peace in justice being served. Amen. And thank you all for your prayers.

May the Lord fight the battle for you, and grant you victory. I pray that the matter be settled peacefully and amicably. Amen
