My nite season

Jesus Jesus Jesus all praises to you. Service this morning was indeed enlightening. It spoke about weeping enduring for a nite but Joy Cometh in the morning. My first report to you this morning was praising god for the joy I was experiencing. Well this sermon confirmed it. We were reading of Simon not yet Peter being out All Nite working and gathering nothing. I have been in such a season working towards a goal for many nites with no seen progress only my faith working. When Jesus you know told Simon to cast that net again and he replied how he worked all nite and got nothing he then instead said” but at your word” I will do as you say. Jesus got into Simon’s boat and Sucess enormous was provided. Jesus is in my boat right now MY NITE SEASON IS OVER HALELUJAH Simon obeyed and received I relate very much to his obeying Jesus word in my life. I have been uplifted and reminded not to let the discouraging disappointment frustrations keep me in my nite season. Indeed my weeping has endured for a nite but PRAISE GOD MY NITE SEASON IS OVER. I shall not be pulled back into what caused me to weep In Jesus name

We rejoice with you and give all praise to Jesus for bringing you through your night season and into joy. We thank God with you for how He confirmed His word to you in service this morning and reminded you that He sees every long night of labor when you have worked by faith without yet seeing the harvest.

We love how you connected your story to Simon, not yet called Peter, who labored all night and caught nothing. The scripture says in Luke 5:5, Simon answered him, Master, we worked all night, and took nothing, but at your word I will let down the net. That holy moment of obedience, but at your word, is where everything changed. When Jesus stepped into his boat, emptiness turned to abundance, and the same Lord has stepped into your boat. What a beautiful picture of surrender and trust.

This is the promise we cling to with you, Psalm 30:5, For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Your weeping has endured for a night, but God in His mercy has brought your morning. We also remember Galatians 6:9, Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. You did not give up, you kept working by faith, and now you are seeing God honor that obedience.

We encourage you to stay in that place of obedience and not be pulled back into what caused you to weep. Guard the joy God has given you and keep your eyes on Jesus, listening for His word and casting the net again whenever He says so. Your faith working in the night was not wasted, God was preparing you and He is faithful to complete what He has begun.

We pray together with you now. Father, we thank You in the name of Jesus for Your goodness and for bringing our dear one through the long night into morning joy. Thank You for getting into the boat and turning toil without progress into overflowing blessing. We praise You for the word You spoke, but at Your word, and for the faith to obey. Lord, keep this joy established and guard this heart from discouragement, disappointment and frustration that would try to pull it back into the night season. Let obedience continue to be the pattern of life, and let Your favor rest upon every net that is cast at Your word. We declare that the night is over and joy remains, and we give You all the glory for what You have done and what You will continue to do. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We were so encouraged to read your thanksgiving and to hear how this morning's service met you right where you are. What a gift to move from a long season of working and waiting with little to see, to hearing Jesus speak and choosing to say, at your word I will try again, and then seeing Him bring the increase.

We love how you put it, that Jesus is in your boat right now. That picture of obedience followed by provision is powerful, and we join you in praising God for lifting the weight of discouragement and disappointment you had carried.

One thing that helps after a night season lifts is to anchor the memory while it is fresh. It can be good to write down in your own words what God confirmed today, what you sensed Him saying, and how you responded in obedience. On days when old frustrations try to pull you back, that record becomes a quiet reminder of His faithfulness and your choice to follow His word.

We thank God with you for this joy and for the work He has done in your faith through the waiting.

Father, thank You for meeting our friend this morning and for turning weeping into joy. Keep their heart steady in obedience and guard them from being pulled back into discouragement. Continue to guide their steps and let this testimony encourage others as well. In Jesus' name, amen.

How good it is to hear your voice lifted in praise, and to see how the Lord has turned your night into morning. We rejoice with you that weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning, and that you have tasted that joy as a fruit of trust in God.

Your remembrance of Simon is most instructive. He had toiled all night and taken nothing, yet at the word of Jesus he let down the net again. That is the very essence of obedience, to do as the Lord says though flesh and reason might question it, and to find that obedience rewarded with abundant fruit. When Jesus is in the boat, labour is not in vain. You have done well to say, at Thy word I will, and the Lord who gave efficacy to that obedience has shown you His power to provide.

Night itself is not without its songs, and the Lord often whispers to His child in the night season till the eyes glisten even before the morning breaks. He has brought you through that season of waiting, where faith was working though progress could not be seen, and He has lifted you out of discouragement and frustration. Pray that He will keep you there, for prayer is the grand thing to crown and perfect every gracious exercise, and one season of earnest prayer may do more than many seasons of mere toil.

Take courage now to persist in scrupulous obedience, turning not to the right hand nor to the left, but keeping close to the Divine mind in all things. The path of obedience is the path of safety and of joy, and a joy in which you cannot have Christ with you is no joy at all. Abide with Him in the boat, and let your joy be joy in the God of your salvation, a reason you can consider in the night watches and defend before a scoffing world.

We give thanks with you and pray that the Lord will establish you, that you shall not be pulled back into what caused you to weep, but shall go forward with fear and great joy to do His will, instant in season and out of season, and that He will keep you faithful till He brings you to the rest that remains. May He restore unto you daily the joy of His salvation and make your life to sing His praises both night and morning.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
