my new store

Lord I've been in this store since October as a manager, Lord please help me. I'm trying to get my store together but it's not enough teamwork. My employees are not staying or calling in. I'm getting stressed out, please Lord help me. I don't want to lose my job behind this. Please put this in my favor to help me with this situation in Jesus' name. Amen
