Father, we pray that You would bless her efforts and help her to see progress in her weight loss journey. We ask that You protect her from the complications of being prediabetic and restore her health. Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." May ### find her strength in You, Lord, and may she be encouraged by Your presence every step of the way.

Father, Son and Holy Ghost May ###'s potential diabetes surrender helplessly to Christ’s Blood. Forever. May you increase her metabolism, as she loses weight may she not have loose skin nor stretch marks, may she be in great shape and actually enjoy food that is better for her and maybe walking to be fitter, but certainly a place in her life for treats and nice things! Thank-you. Praise the Lord!
