My name is Geethu.am a staff nurse.worked in Dubai.i lost my job now.because the management is mentally harazing me.The center of poi t was my ward incharge.she is such a lady
She is the main reason that I lost my job.when I became pregnant she compel me to double duty.not even to allow me to take a SiPs of water. Everyday she was scolding unnecessary.in front of everyone.each small things he raised to higher management.they give me a warning letter.i explained everything Infront of the manager.no RESULT.Whole Hospital knows that she is to much harazing me.But I supreesd everything.because getting a job is not easy.because of this total action.i became admitted and my baby became intra uterine growth retardation.My family mentally depressed.one day my flat got fired and baby became sick.so I can't come on duty.i informed my incharge..She so shouted through phone and tell .Who will do the duty.my husband he is became very sad and he spoke to her.Each shift when I come duty.she is unnecessary shouting.Each day I want to write explanation.my Lord finally management told me to resign....Otherwise this lady will spoil my future.lord I lost my job.now they are blocking my experience certificate also..My father is a hear patient.one kidney removed from my mother.i can't help them.i want a job urgently.please dear god help me.
