My name is ### ### am a young girl of ### am in school I had to stop my education because I have swollen tumor on my face and inside my mouth which resulted to be a cancer I went for surgery the doctor said my case his beyond his power that I will loose my life if he do the surgery only if they remove my head Have been to several places wasting money but yet no improvement Have given my last hope on God and I know he won’t let me down Please your prayers is all I need Am in pains
