First and foremost, let me tell you thanks for your confession of sin. THis is so hard for us to do, and it shows that you love your mother more than the pride that often prevents people from asking for help. You've made a first step. So keep stepping out...ask for help....from friends, family, your church. But get help now, before it's too late. I know it's hard to let go of the reighns but for the sake of yourself, your mother and your soul...the time is now.
Second, without judgement, let me offer some scriptures for you to meditate on. Getting the word in our mind and heart, helps us to ward off the enemy. And that is exactly who is oppressing you. The enemy desires to destroy your life and the love your mother and you share.
Leviticus 19:32Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the LORD.
See All... says,
"Thou shalt rise up before the grey headed, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the LORD."
1 Timothy 5:8 - "But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel."
We are warned against the mistreatment of our parents when they grow old.
Proverbs 23:22 states,
"Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old." Jesus is our example in this because He made sure that His mother had someone to care for her even as He suffered on the cross (see
John 19:26-27 [26] When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
[27] Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

Heavenly FAther, we come before you now raising David up for his confessions of sin. We pray that David's eyes will be opened and that he will continue to reach out to the Lord and those who can best help him to stop the violence he has committed. Lord, we plead the blood of JEsus Christ over his mind, his body, his life and soul. We know that at this moment, he is free from sin as Christ has shed his blood so that David is holy and righteous in your sight. Lord, we know that you are our refuge and we pray that you bring peace into his home. WE pray Isaiah 1:17 over his life...that David will “Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the orphan. Fight for the
rights of widows.†Lord, streghthen the bond of love between DAvid and his mother, denounce the demons that attack his mind with such hate and discord. We denounce the spirit of Cain in David's life in the name of Jesus Christ, and the spirit of Cain is not allowed to return. Christ died for David, breaking all curses in his life. David is loving, kind and forgiving. David has let go of resentment and unforgiveness and is leaning on Jesus. David is healed, free from sin and bondage in the name of Jesus the Christ. All these things we pray for IN FAITH and thru your loving son who died and resurected to set us free...in Jesus Name, Amen.
GOD IS WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
