Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our dear sister ###. We lift up her prayer request for a traveling visa. Lord, we know that you are the one who holds all authority and power over every situation. Your word tells us in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We believe that you have the ability to open doors and make a way where there seems to be no way.
Father, we ask that you would grant ### favor in the eyes of the authorities responsible for granting visas. We pray that you would guide and direct her steps, leading her to the right people and resources that can assist her in this process. Your word assures us in Proverbs 16:9, "A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps." We trust in your divine guidance and provision.
Lord, we also pray for patience and peace for ### during this waiting period. Help her to trust in your perfect timing and to find comfort in knowing that you are in control. Your word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer according to your perfect will. We trust in your goodness and provision, knowing that you are working all things together for ###'s good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
