My mother and her husband, who has been a father figure in my life, are about to split up. Long story short, he has been doing her wrong for months. We are worried about whether we will be able to find an apartment that we can afford, with her being laid off from her job often and having pain issues with her neck, and severe migraines. I feel as if I've lost faith that two people can stay happy together forever. My stepfather was admitted to a psychiatric hospital a few days ago because his extreme alcoholism has led him to do awful things. My mother's heart is broken and I feel so betrayed. Please pray for my mother and I, that we can make it through this. Thank you.
