My Morning Prayer.

Our heavenly Father, before we get too far in our day I would like to thank You for allowing us to see another dawn, one more morning that we have had on this earth, a day called forth by You. Lord, I ask that You would guide our steps, guard our words and thoughts. May we keep in prayer today and give You thanks for all the beauty that we see today. Father, there are some who are waking up hungry, some are lonely and some are dreading hearing the phone ring or getting the mail because of the bills they cannot pay. There are so many things in this life that some here are facing. Lord, I ask for a double portion of hope and faith to be with us all, and for Your calming hand to be upon our lives. Father, in Your word we are told that crying may last through the night but joy shall come with the morning. Lord, I pray for this joy, that this is the morning of rejoicing and praise. Keep this praise and rejoicing in our hearts, help us to look not into our troubles but towards You, there is reason enough to rejoice just knowing You are our Father.

Lord, I lift all the broken hearts to You, the broken in spirit. When there is no more hope in this world, thats when we find the greatest hope, the hope in our Heavenly Father, there is no greater hope or any other. May each one of us draw ever nearer to You today. Father, bind the broken hearts, the broken spirits, and the broken lives and marriages today. May each of us feel Your presence strongly in our lives today and be an effective witness to those around us. Help us to point others to Your Son and His salvation. We thank You for that salvation and for Your love for all of us. In Jesus' precious name we pray, Amen.

Lord, I touch and agree with Harold's prayer. I thank you for the warriors that have rallied around him to stand with him as he praises you and reaches out for your will in his life, to watch over his family and show him the way. Praise you, Lord. May you bless him abundantly over and above his expectations. Thank you for this mighty warrior, for his loving and caring heart, for his willingness to step up to the plate and become a warrior with a true purpose doing kingdom business. To you be the glory.
