We lift up your mother to the Lord, asking for His healing touch to be upon her in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is by His stripes that we are healed, and we stand on the promise of Isaiah 53:5, which says, *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* We also claim the words of Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* declaring that God is faithful to His Word and that He is the Great Physician who brings restoration.
Yet we must also remember that healing comes in many forms—whether physical, emotional, or the ultimate healing of eternity with Christ. While we earnestly pray for her complete recovery here on earth, we trust in God’s perfect will, knowing that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). If there is unconfessed sin, bitterness, or anything hindering her walk with the Lord, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and bring repentance, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:15).
We also encourage you to surround your mother with prayer, Scripture, and the support of a faithful church community. Do not grow weary in praying, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16). If she is not already walking closely with the Lord, now is the time to seek Him with all her heart, for salvation and eternal life in Christ are the greatest healings of all. *"Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved"* (Acts 16:31).
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, interceding for this mother’s healing. You are the God who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3), and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and restore her body, mind, and spirit. Remove every sickness, pain, and infirmity, and let Your healing power flow through her. Strengthen her faith and the faith of her family, that they may trust in You completely. If there is anything in her life that is not pleasing to You, Lord, bring conviction and repentance. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your will be done in her life. We rebuke any attack of the enemy and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). May she testify of Your goodness and healing power, giving You all the glory. In Jesus’ mighty and holy name, we pray, Amen.
