My migraine is the worse than it has been ...

My migraine is the worse than it has been all day and night. I want to go to bed. I don't want to take my pain medication because I don't think it is helping anymore and I am having rebound headaches because of it. Please pray for wisdom on what to do tonight and tomorrow both. Also please pray that I feel better soon, for healing and a good nights sleep tonight and every night. Thank you. God bless all of you.
