My Marriage

I have received prayer for my marriage from many and I am so appreciative. I post daily and I appologize to those it may aggrivate. But, I do ask for continued prayer for my marriage as I know that it is still not too late. My wife, Melissa, filed for divorce a couple of months ago. It is due to be final February 10 and she seems more resolute than ever. I love her with all my heart and do not want this. I believe in God's word on marriage and divorce. I failed at being as strong of a Godly husband that I should have been and know that I was not the spiritual head of the household. But I want to commit my marriage fully to God and be the husband and father I should be for His glory. We have a 2yr old daughter that does not deserve this either. Melissa has always claimed to be a Christian woman. And she knows this is wrong and against God's word. But she seems to be heading in the wrong direction. I know that it is not too late. God is never early, he is never late; he is always right on time. And I continue to look toward God with faith, that he will be on time with this. Please pray for Melissa, myself (Ken), and our marriage.

Dear Lord, let not this believer give up on his marriage reconciliation prayer needs. Let him be diligent as always and Lord, touch his wife's heart. Lord, let your will and word be the guiding force in their lives. Father, bless them both through your son, Jesus Christ, amen

Father God, plese help our brother Ken in this time of great need. Satan has gotten a foothold in this marriage and has destroyed this household. We call upon you Lord to come to the aid of our brother. You are the great defender. You are greater than the Evil One and it is only by Your power that this can be remedied. I pray for restoration of this marriage! AMEN.

Dear God, please bless Ken and his wife. May they get through this trial in your grace. I truly understand how he feels right now dear Lord because we are almost in the same situation. May you bless our partners and may you heal all our hearts so we may all see the beauty of the relationships bathed in your loving presence oh Lord.

Father God I stand in agreement with Ken and all the prayer warriors praying for his reconcilation with Melissa. Father, it is never too late for YOU to move and we completely put our trust in YOU for the favor in Melissa hearts and compassion for Ken. Soften her heart and open her ears to hear the sound of YOUR voice and allow her to remember the vows she made with YOU when she agreed to stand with KEn in sickness and health, for richer or pooer, til death do them part- no one is dead! Therefore, we contine to stand on the wall and wait for YOU to move on her heart and their marriage, in the name of Jesus we decree the change of heart for Melissa towards Ken and decree a postponement in the final dates of dissolution, amen.
