My life was like a sail boat going far away for no reason at all.
Sailing in a sea of nothingness.
An empty life that had no purpose.
Till Jesus came to my room one day.
He said. I have loved you with an everlasting love.
What should I do for You o Lord?
He said.
Be an elder in the house of the Lord.
The next day I woke up.
Signed up to be an elder of the church.
Was accepted.
Beneath blue skies and sunshine.
I sail on peacefully because Jesus showed me the way.
Elders love Jesus because they want to serve God no matter what they have to do.
If it were not for Him, we would be sailing aimlessly in this world.
Thank you Jesus for giving us a goal in life.
Serving You is the best thing we can do for others.
