My job is under attack

Plese pray for my job situation. I have not been trained properly, yet am given work to do and I try my best to guess at what I am suppose to do. Most of the time, I do it right, yet when I am wrong I am yelled at and embarrissed. When this happens the other workers avoid me. Most of them have worked there for 4 years or more. I have been there 15 months. They are very "tight" with each other, taking vacations together, etc. I get alittle defensive at times, yet it is because I feel I must always be on guard for my job, due to the circumstances. Please pray that things will improve. Please pray God will open the door for another job opportunity. I pray God will spare me humiliation of being fired. I need peace at work.

Father, break in with power over this job situation. Strengthen this person to put Jesus Christ on display at their work place. Fill them with love,joy and peace.
