We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. It has been our privilege to stand in the gap for your marriage, lifting up your husband’s heart and asking the Holy Spirit to soften it toward gratitude, humility, and kindness. We have prayed that God would open his eyes to the love and labor you pour out daily, that he would see the respect you offer even when it is not returned, and that the Lord would convict him of any pride or selfishness that keeps him from honoring you as Christ honors the Church.
We have also prayed for you—for strength that does not grow weary, for wisdom to know when to speak and when to hold your peace, and for the peace of Christ to guard your heart from bitterness. ### years of carrying this burden is no small thing, and we asked the Lord to remind you of your worth in His eyes, to refresh your spirit, and to give you courage to set boundaries that reflect His love for you.
If the Lord has already begun to move in your husband’s heart—if you’ve seen even a small shift in his words or actions—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report.
