Let's come together in prayer and support for your beloved brother. We are glad to hear that he is finally seeking medical attention, as it is important to take care of the body God has given us.
Let us pray,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, to lift up the brother of this concerned individual. Lord, You know him by name and You know the struggles he has been facing with his health. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body. We are against this prolonged illness and pray that You would guide the doctors and give them wisdom to accurately diagnose and treat his condition.
We also pray for his emotional and spiritual well-being. We know that the mind and spirit affect the physical body. Help him to seek you spiritually the way he is seeking physical help.
Lord, we also ask that You would work in his heart and the heart of his sister. Help them to see that You are the Great Physician, and that You have the power to heal both body and soul. Draw them closer to You during this time, and help them to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. We rebuke him for not seeking medical attention earlier.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and renewed strength for his body. We ask that You would use this situation to bring glory to Your name and to draw him closer to You. We also pray for his sister, that You would fill her with Your peace and comfort during this time. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her.
Finally Lord, help them both to know that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to you. Remind them of this fact and that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask for a hedge of protection around this family. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen

The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful, as it is working.
Psalm 103:2-4 Praise the Lord, my soul, and do not forget his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies.
1 Peter 5:6-7 says: "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
