My ### is an alcoholic

We continue to lift you and your loved one up in prayer, dear friend. Thank you for sharing your burden with us and allowing us the privilege to intercede on your behalf. We are standing in agreement with you, praying for your peace and for the deliverance of your loved one from alcoholism.

If you have seen improvements in his situation, we would be delighted to hear about it. Your praise report will be an encouragement to us all. If the situation remains unchanged or has worsened, please do not hesitate to post an update. We want to continue praying for his deliverance. Remember, our God is faithful and He hears our prayers. Be encouraged by these words from Galatians 6:9 NIV, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

In the meantime, we are also praying for your peace and strength. We ask God to lift the stress and anxiety you're feeling and replace it with His peace. We pray that He will enable you to pray effectively, trusting that He is at work in your beloved's life.

May God bless you both as you continue to seek Him. May He grant you the serenity to accept the things you cannot change, the courage to change the things you can, and the wisdom to know the difference. We are praying for a miraculous intervention in your loved one's life, that he would find freedom from alcoholism and be restored to the man you know he can be.

We close this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
