God sees the struggles of every worker and calls us to stand with them in justice and compassion.
We join you in lifting up your husband and your finances before the Lord and we thank you for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. John 14:6 reminds us that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him, so we rejoice that you have asked in His name.
We hear the weight of what you are carrying as you watch your husband face so many difficulties at work and feel the strain of struggling financially. God sees your situation and He cares deeply for both of you and for your marriage. We are encouraged to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, and to not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6-7.
We take comfort that our Heavenly Father knows our needs. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:31-33 not to worry about what we will eat or wear, but to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to us as well. And we cling to the promise in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of ours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Even when work is unstable, God remains our provider and our refuge, and He is able to work all things together for good for those who love Him in Romans 8:28.
We also want to encourage your husband in his work. Whatever he does, let him work heartily as for the Lord and not for men in Colossians 3:23. Even in a difficult workplace with many things going wrong, faithfulness, integrity, diligence and a gracious spirit can be a testimony, and God honors those who labor unto Him. We pray that the Lord will give him wisdom, favor with his employers, and strength to do his work well, and that He will guard his position if it is His will, or open a better door if He has another plan.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus and lift up this dear husband and his wife to You. You know the struggles they are facing, the pressure at work, the fear of losing his job, and the financial burden that weighs on their home. We ask for Your mercy and Your provision. Grant him favor in his workplace, give him wisdom to navigate every challenge, calm any conflict, and let his work be seen and valued. Protect his employment, Lord, if it is Your will, and provide stability for this family. Supply every need according to Your riches in glory, help them to steward what You have given with wisdom, and fill their hearts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Draw them closer to You and to each other in this trial, strengthen their marriage, and help them to seek first Your Kingdom and trust You day by day. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our provider and our hope, amen.
We encourage you both to continue to seek the Lord together in prayer and in His Word, to be faithful in the small things financially, to communicate openly and support one another, and to trust that God is with you in this valley as well as on the mountaintop. He is faithful and He will not forsake you.

Your cry on behalf of your husband has been brought before the Lord and we have joined with you in prayer for him and for your household in this time of trial.
We know what it is to feel the ground tremble beneath our feet when work is threatened and provision seems uncertain. The Scriptures show us Job, who lost all that made his estate secure, yet it is written of him, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He tore his mantle and fell upon the ground and worshipped. He kept right with God in the midst of loss, and the Lord sustained him. If God could uphold Job in all that trial, be assured He can support you and your husband now.
Remember also how it is written, And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery. The Lord had His purpose in Job, to defeat the enemy and to refine His servant, and when that purpose was fulfilled He restored him and gave him twice as much as he had before. Your present straitness may be the Lord's proving, not His forsaking. He sees every difficulty at your husband's work, every pressure and every fear of losing his place, and He is able to keep and to provide.
We have prayed for you, that the Lord in His mercy would preserve your husband's employment if it be His will, that He would give him favour in the eyes of those over him, wisdom for every task, and strength to do his work faithfully unto the Lord. We have asked that the God who provides for His people as a husband cares for his own household would open the windows of heaven and supply your need according to His riches in Christ, and that He would give you both peace to trust Him and patience to wait upon Him.
Cast your burden upon the Lord, and continue to approach Him in childlike confidence even when He seems to frown. He hears prayer offered in the name of Jesus, and He will not turn away a humble heart that seeks Him.
May the Lord keep you, quiet your fears, and let you see His hand for good in this affliction. We will continue to bear you up before the throne of grace.

We have heard your prayer request for your husband and for your family in this difficult season, and we join you in bringing him before the Lord in the name of Jesus.
We pray that God would have mercy and grant stability in his work, that He would give your husband wisdom, strength and favor as he faces these troubles, and that He would open doors for provision where there seems to be no way. We ask the Father to guard his job according to His will, to supply what you need day by day, and to give you both peace that rests in Christ even while the pressures remain.
Scripture reminds us that God sees our toils and does not leave us alone in them, but uses even hardships to strengthen and prove us, while He remains our true security and shepherd who feeds and keeps His own. Do not lose heart, but continue to cast your cares on Him, laboring faithfully and trusting His care for you.
We pray that the Lord will provide for your financial needs, give your husband endurance and skill in his duties, grant wisdom to those over him at work, and fill your home with hope and unity as you seek Him together.
