Beloved Warrior
Lord Jesus, The miracle we have all been praying for has finally happened and brought so much pain with it. We lift up Liz. She has the heart of a fighter and has fought a mighty battle. I ask you to move the mountain out of the way so she can see clearly your will for her life, your will for her marriage. I pray your hand on both she and Don. I know how much you love them both. Help them to take baby steps, to not leap into restoring this relationship without bringing down the strongholds first. This can only be done with your help and you at the center. Place them both under your protective wings. Speak to her heart, mind and spirit. Whisper your truth in her ear. Give her a sign she can relate to that she would know what to do next, where to go, how to proceed in her life. My heart aches for her, this is just a huge mountain to climb but I know you will help her move it or climb over it. Cloak her with your wisdom and grace.
Be with Don, he is hurting too. There's a lot at stake and Lord, they so need you right now. Pour out your peace and give them understanding. Give them strength to talk, to come to terms, to heal their hearts. Lord, have mercy. Amen
