Disciple of Prayer
My husband, ### and I have an URGENT prayer request. ### developed an app for the android platform several years ago called Supergnes. We initially had a lot of opposition when we launched it as another business had beat us to the market with the same product. We were crushed as ### had spent a year working on it, all while working a full-time job and becoming a new Dad. We continued to struggle for almost 3 years from start to finish until one day the app gained popularity in the market, our prayers were answered as our app became successful. We have done our due diligence to be honorable to God and to the people around us in all of this.
For the past few years with continued hard work we have made our way up in the rankings. Which means you go to the Google Play Store and click on Top Paid arcade games and we show as #5, but just last week without any notice to us Google suspended our app. We are still currently on the market but are no longer viewable in the Play Store. You would have to physically type in Supergnes to find us which most people don't do when looking for apps. Most of our sales are a result of our game being promoted in the list of games. We've contacted Google several times and are still in the dark as to why we have been suspended. We have gotten generic answers with little help in resolving this situation.
Since being removed our sales are a 1/4 of what they normally are and it is the holidays. Our sales are usually more in this time, so our sales may actually be much worse when the holidays are over. We currently are in the process of creating another app and are still several months away from it being ready to be shipped. We have 5 really great guys who are employed with us. Most of them have families. We have an office, and a home and a church who we love to support. Supergnes has been our driving force in allowing us to work on other things. It essentially pays for everything. Without getting to the root of this problem our business venture would be devastated and our lives forever changed.
It has been incredibly stressful on us these past several days. I admit I am somewhat an emotional wreck. It seems that we are under attack. We are getting closer to the finish line with our next product and the enemy is trying to destroy us.
Please stand with us and support us in this time. How you can pray.
1. Pray for peace in the midst of this. It's incredibly taxing with the holidays being so close, knowing it's our most crucial time of the year for sales and the thought of having to end our business in honestly disheartening.
2. Pray for help, that Google would respond with helpful information, the suspension would lift and our app would once again be promoted and ranked in its rightful spot. We need this to be resolved for our business to be successful. Please pray that ### would make contact with all the right people.
3. Pray for ###. Pray for discernment and wisdom in this time. ### has grown so much in his leadership skills and has come to really love the guys that ### has hired. His heart is incredibly burdened for them and their families as well as his own.
4. God's provision, that somehow some way, we would find a solution and that our sales would increase despite this situation, and the enemy's plan would be stopped.
5. Pray for our emotions and our spirits to be strong in this time.
