My husband and I are having problems. ...

My husband and I are having problems. He has a nice, nasty attitude which I do not understand. At times we would be getting along great, and then suddenly, without any type of provocation, he woud stop talking to me, and would go out of his way during this time to avoid speaking to me. This attitude continues for weeks at a time. I would extend the olive branch, try to talk to him, cook and clean as usual. During this period he refuses to eat when I cook. I need you to pray for me and my husband. I have really tried to be a good wife, not perfect, but good, loving, kind, considerate and faithful. He had multiple affairs. I confronted him on numerous occasions and he denies the affairs, even though I have copies of his credit cards bills showing the dates he checked into different hotels within our home state. His excuse was that he had meetings at the hotels. And guess what? He is retired.

As I write this prayer request, my husband is away in the country, where we were both born. The last time we spoke was on Saturday May 11. On Sunday I called him, he did not answer the telephone. He did not call me back. On Monday morning, I became worried, called the house and cell phone he did not answer. Therefore, I called a friend and asked him to check in on him and to ask him to call me. Three weeks later and he still has not called. This is very atypical of my husband. I have put up with this behavior for 10 years. I have prayed and fasted about it, and God has been speaking to my heart, and telling me that I should not tolerate this behavior anymore.

Please pray for healing and restoration of my marriage. The devil is a liar. He is not going to take my husband. God said that no weapon that is formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises up against me God will condemn. Pray that God will open the lines of communication and that my husband will call and we can work things out. I love him and I am not giving up on him. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
