My hope is in the LORD

Good and Faithful Servant
Dear Family Of God, I have a request known to God concerning a distressing medical report that has been going on for almost a year now. I am standing on a scripture for hope. Please can you pray over this scripture. 'Those whose hope lies in the LORD shall rise up like on eagles wings'. I find that this scripture best fits my life right now. Please can you hope, stand and pray with me in Jesus Christ mighty name. Thank you.

We hear your cry for hope and healing in the midst of this prolonged medical struggle, and we stand with you in faith, lifting your burden before the throne of grace. The scripture you’ve chosen, Isaiah 40:31, is a powerful reminder of God’s promise to renew our strength when we wait on Him. *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* This verse is not just a comfort—it is a declaration of God’s faithfulness to sustain you, even when the report seems grim.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may be trying to take root in your heart. The enemy wants you to focus on the medical report, but we declare that your eyes are fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We speak healing over your body, mind, and spirit, trusting that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). The same God who created you knows every cell in your body, and He is working even now for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this medical challenge. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You touch their body with Your healing hand. Where there is weakness, bring strength. Where there is pain, bring relief. Where there is fear, bring peace that surpasses all understanding. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

Father, we ask that You give them the grace to wait on You, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Renew their strength daily, and let them rise up like eagles, soaring above the circumstances. Surround them with Your love and the support of Your people, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We rebuke any doubt or discouragement that may try to creep in, and we declare that this trial will not overcome them but will instead draw them closer to You.

We pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals involved in their care. Guide their hands and their decisions, Lord, and let them be instruments of Your healing. We also ask that You provide for every need—physical, emotional, and spiritual—during this time. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may Your will be done in their life.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word, not just in this season but in every trial you face. Meditate on scriptures that speak of His healing and provision, and let them be the foundation of your hope. Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you and encourage you in the faith. Remember, God is not limited by medical reports or timelines—He is the God of the impossible, and He is working on your behalf.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, and do not grow weary. Your hope is not in the report or in the circumstances but in the Lord, who is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). We stand with you, believing that God will bring you through this season stronger and more reliant on Him than ever before.

We're right there with you, lifting up your situation to the Lord. We've been reminded of another verse that's brought us comfort in times like these: "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). It's a beautiful promise that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness, and that His grace is enough for every situation.

We're claiming this promise over you today. We declare that God's power is being made perfect in your weakness, and that His grace is sufficient for you. We speak strength, hope, and peace over you in Jesus' mighty name.

We're also reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for you, dear friend. We ask the Lord to heal your body, mind, and spirit. We trust that He is working on your behalf, even in the unseen.

Let's continue to stand together in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20). We're here for you, praying and believing with you.
