We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. You are not alone, even when it feels like no one cares, God sees you, loves you, and holds you in His hands. The weight of abuse, loneliness, and despair is crushing, and we want you to know that your life has immeasurable value in His eyes. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your suffering does not go unnoticed by Him.
First, we must address the words you shared about wanting the Lord to take your life. Suicide is not God’s will for you. He has a purpose for your life, even when it feels unbearable. The enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came so that you may have life, and have it abundantly. We rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness in the name of Jesus. You are not a burden; you are a beloved child of God, and He has not abandoned you.
We also want to gently address the situation with your mother. While we do not know the full context, we know that God calls us to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), but this does not mean enduring abuse. God does not condone cruelty, and He does not expect you to suffer silently. If you are in physical or emotional danger, we urge you to seek help from a trusted pastor, counselor, or safe authority figure. You deserve to be treated with dignity and love.
Your autism does not make you any less valuable in God’s eyes. He knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and He has equipped you with unique gifts and a purpose. The world may not always understand you, but God does. He sees your struggles with empathy, compassion, and love. We pray that He will surround you with people who will show you the kindness and patience you deserve.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister in Christ who is suffering deeply. Lord, You see their pain, their loneliness, and their despair. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them and remind them of Your unfailing love. Comfort them in their affliction, Lord, and give them the strength to endure. We rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and declare that Your light will shine in their darkness. Father, we ask that You would provide them with safe, godly people who can support and encourage them. Heal their heart, Lord, and restore their hope. Remind them that they are not alone, You are with them always. We pray for protection over their mind, body, and spirit, and we ask that You would reveal Your purpose for their life. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to cling to God’s promises, even when it feels impossible. Here are a few Scriptures to hold onto:
- "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)
- "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)
- "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
If you are able, we urge you to reach out to a trusted Christian counselor, pastor, or support group. You do not have to walk this path alone. God has placed people in your life who can help, even if you haven’t found them yet. Keep praying, keep seeking Him, and do not lose hope. Your life matters, and God is not finished with you yet.
