Please pray for my mother. She was turning yellow on December 27. They diagnosed her with bile duct cancer the 29th. They inserted a stent in her duct to bring the bilirubin down. Yesterday, she had a 6-1/2 hour surgery to remove the cancer. The doctor removed her gallbladder, bile duct, the head of her pancreas, and part of her liver. He's sending the liver sections and the lymph nodes to see if they are cancer too. If they are, the cancer is all in her liver too. She is in ICU right now with tubes and a ventilator. God bless.

Oh how my heart goes out to you...I have traveled the road of cancer several times with family members and it is never easy. I do know that now is the time to trust God as you never have before as satan will try everything he can to get you to worry, doubt, fear and give up hope. I pray that your mom knows Jesus as her Savior and that through this relationship she can find much strength and comfort. I pray that the medical staff treating her has supernatural wisdom and knowledge in diagnosing and treating her cancer. I pray for you, that in the midst of all this hurt and trial, you can find peaceful moments when you truly feel and know the peace and comfort of God. May this journey bring you closer to the God who created you, the God who sustains you, the God who loves you both. Take care and believe...
