My daughter has had 12 surgeries in 3 years and became addicted to narcotics. She was arrested for possession once her doctors no longer needed to follow up with her. She has attended one NA facility and another facility for detox. She has renewed her faith in God and been re-baptized. She has written letters apologizing to those she harmed while under the influence of the narcotics. Unfortunately, the states' attorney and probation office think these letters are a lie to get out of going to prison. She has the opportunity to come home (###) to attend a full-time in-house rehab. Her attorney, jailers, and those around her have seen that her changes have been positive and that she is a changed woman. She has a hearing on whether to send her to the pen or send her back to ### on Friday, ###. She is ### and has surgery over 3 years. Please pray that the States Attorney and her probation office will believe her changes are real and recommend that the judge send her back to us in ### for treatment. Thank you.
