We lift up your dear friend to the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith. It is a blessing to hear that she has returned home and is resting, and we join you in praying for her complete healing. The Word of God assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that the Lord is able to restore her fully to health and strength.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases. We ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand upon our sister. Touch every part of her body that needs restoration—bring wholeness to her bones, organs, and tissues. Remove any trace of illness, pain, or weakness, and fill her with Your perfect peace and vitality. Let her feel Your presence surrounding her as she rests, and may Your healing power flow through her like a river of life.
We also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being. Hospital stays can be draining, and we ask that You would renew her mind and spirit. Comfort her with Your love, Lord, and remind her of Your faithfulness. Let her find rest not only in her body but also in her soul, knowing that You are her refuge and strength. Psalm 103:2-3 says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this truth over her life today.
We encourage you both to continue trusting in the Lord’s timing and plan. Even when healing does not come instantly, we know that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking Him in prayer, reading His Word, and leaning on the support of fellow believers. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18).
If there are any areas where fear or doubt has crept in, we rebuke those lies in the name of Jesus. Fear does not come from God, but He has given us a spirit of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that our sister will walk in faith, not fear, and that she will experience the fullness of God’s healing and restoration.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace on behalf of our sister. We trust in Your mercy and love, and we ask that You would be glorified through her healing. May she rise up in strength and testify to Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Amen.
