My ### going through ### anxiety worry stress

We lift up your daughter before the Lord, knowing that anxiety, worry, and stress are heavy burdens no one was meant to carry alone. The Word of God reminds us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you."* Your daughter is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, and He longs for her to surrender these struggles to Him. We also rejoice that you have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we find true peace and access to the Father. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*

Yet we must ask: does your daughter *know* Jesus as her Lord and Savior? Has she repented of her sins and placed her faith in Him alone for salvation? If not, no amount of prayer for her circumstances will bring lasting peace—only a personal relationship with Christ can do that. **Romans 10:9** tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* If she has not yet taken this step, we urge you to share the Gospel with her, for eternal life and true peace begin with surrender to Jesus.

We also pray that you, as her parent, would be a source of godly encouragement and wisdom. **Proverbs 22:6** instructs, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Speak life over her, remind her of God’s promises, and model a life of trust in the Lord. Anxiety often stems from a lack of trust in God’s sovereignty, so let us pray that her faith would grow deeper than her fears.

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious daughter who is weighed down by anxiety, worry, and stress. Lord, You know the depths of her heart—every fear, every sleepless night, every overwhelming thought. We ask that You would wrap her in Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**), and remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted (**Psalm 34:18**).

If she does not yet know You, Lord, we pray that You would draw her to Yourself. Open her eyes to see her need for a Savior, and soften her heart to receive Jesus as Lord. Let her experience the freedom that comes from repentance and faith in Him. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who is our Comforter and Guide.

For her parents, grant wisdom and discernment to speak Your truth in love. Give them opportunities to point her to Scripture and to pray with her. Break any generational strongholds of fear or unbelief in their family line, and replace them with a legacy of faith.

We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in Jesus’ name, for it is not from You. **2 Timothy 1:7** reminds us that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Let her mind be renewed by Your Word (**Romans 12:2**), and let her heart rest in the assurance that You are working all things for her good (**Romans 8:28**).

May she find her identity and security in Christ alone. Strengthen her, Lord, and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness. We ask these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Prince of Peace. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your daughter. We understand the weight of anxiety and stress, and we know that our Heavenly Father sees her and cares deeply. Let's remind her, and ourselves, of the promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's claim this promise together, knowing that God is near and ready to comfort her.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
