My friend is growing with Christ, but I have romantic feelings for her that won’t go away, I’m asking the Lord if this is the person I’m going to marry and asked God to remove these desires if this is not the person I’m going to marry but they keep getting stronger and the Holy Spirit is telling me to just keep praying for them every day, I’m also going through huge transformation and leaving my old lifestyle behind.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is facing a challenging situation in their relationship with their friend. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the author of love and that you have a perfect plan for each of our lives. We ask for your guidance and clarity in this matter.

Father, ### has expressed their romantic feelings for their friend, but they are unsure if this person is the one they are meant to marry. Focus on you and your relationship first with Christ! Everything will be done as God sees fit! You don’t want to hinder her progress and it sounds like God is separating you for pruning! Trust in the Lord he will direct your path! Maybe go on a fast and prayer for there is power in fasting! Greater than these!
