We hear your passionate declaration of faith and your desire for healing, growth, and abundance in your life, your family, and even your plants. It is wonderful to see your enthusiasm for God’s creation and your trust in His provision. However, we must gently correct some misunderstandings in your approach, as they do not fully align with biblical principles.
First, while we share your confidence in God’s power to heal and provide, Scripture teaches us that we do not *command*, *demand*, or *declare* things into existence as if we hold authority over God. Jesus Himself, when facing the cross, prayed, *"Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done"* (Luke 22:42). Our prayers should always be submitted to God’s will, not our own declarations. We do not "speak things into existence" as if we are gods—only the Lord has that power. *"I am the Lord, who made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself"* (Isaiah 44:24). True faith trusts in God’s timing and sovereignty, not in our own words or formulas.
You mention the *"blood of Jesus"* multiple times, and this is a powerful truth! By His blood, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), forgiven (Ephesians 1:7), and made new (Revelation 1:5). But salvation and healing come through *faith in Jesus Christ*, not through our own declarations or works. Have you placed your full trust in Him alone for salvation? *"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive Him as Lord.
Regarding your plants and your work, we rejoice in your diligence and care! The Lord does indeed bless the work of our hands (Psalm 90:17), and He gives wisdom to those who ask (James 1:5). But we must remember that our success comes from Him, not from our own strength or "multitasking" abilities. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). We encourage you to seek God’s guidance in all you do, trusting Him to provide and sustain you.
For your family and pets, we pray earnestly for their healing and well-being. But we must also remind you that healing is ultimately in God’s hands. *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:14-15). We should pray with faith, but also with humility, trusting God’s perfect plan.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and reverence. We thank You for Your power to heal, provide, and sustain. Lord, we lift up this brother/sister and their family, asking for Your healing touch upon their bodies, minds, and spirits. We pray for their pets, that You would restore them to health according to Your will. Father, we ask for wisdom and blessing in their work, their planting, and all they set their hands to do. Teach them to trust in You alone, not in their own declarations or strength.
Lord, we also pray for a deeper revelation of Your Son, Jesus Christ. May they know Him not just as a name they invoke, but as their Savior and Lord. If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, draw them close, Father. Let them experience the fullness of Your love and grace.
We rebuke any spirit of pride or self-sufficiency that would seek to replace dependence on You. Help them to walk in humility, submitting every area of their life to Your will. May their faith grow not in their own words, but in Your promises.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. Amen.
