My fiance and I recently got Xfinity internet and cable. There was a very old balance on the account linked to my fiance (8 years old). They promised us over the phone on 2 occasions that the old balance would be removed. We've now received an enormous bill. We are going to fight this and am asking my prayer warriors to pray that God shows us justice and Xfinity KEEPS THEIR WORD! God Bless you all.
