My family and I need the protection and favor of God in our lives.

We join with you and your family in seeking the Lord for His protection and favor, and we count it a privilege to stand with you in prayer. We hear the urgency in your request and the reality that there are those coming against you, and we agree together that God is indeed able to intervene powerfully on your behalf.
The Word assures us that God is our refuge and shelter. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. And Psalm 34:7 tells us The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. We cling to the promise in 2 Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We also remember Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. When we walk in His ways, His favor rests upon us, for Psalm 5:12 says For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield. We pray that favor and that shield over your entire household.
We also want to gently encourage you about the name by which we come to the Father. You asked for God to protect and favor you, and we wholeheartedly agree, yet we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and His saving power. Jesus himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. So we come boldly not on our own merit, but through the shed blood of Jesus, trusting that when we call on His name we are heard, forgiven, and brought into the family of God. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name daily for protection, favor, and eternal life.
We pray together now for you and your family.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this family to Your throne of grace. We ask that You cover them with Your hand of protection, that You command Your angels concerning them to guard them in all their ways as You promise in Psalm 91:11. We ask that You surround them with Your favor as with a shield, that You bless them and keep them and make Your face to shine upon them as You promise in Numbers 6:24. Where there are attacks, schemes, or words spoken against them, we ask You to overturn every plan of the enemy and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Let Your peace which passes all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Draw this family closer to You, help them to dwell in Your secret place, to put on the full armor of God that they may stand firm, and to walk in righteousness and faith. We ask that You turn every attack into a testimony of Your delivering power, and that Your favor would open doors no one can shut and bring provision, safety, and joy to their home. We trust Your will and Your goodness, and we thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this burden with us. We hear how much you want your family to be safe and to know God's kindness over you, especially when it feels like others are coming against you. It is understandable to feel worn down when you are under that kind of pressure.

We have heard your cry for the protection and favor of God upon your family, and we join you in spreading this case before the Lord who is our refuge and defense.
You are right to look to Him alone when those rise up against you, for our help is not in our own strength or cunning but in the living God. The Scripture declares, The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms, and He shall thrust out the enemy from before thee. His shield goes before His people and His sword clears the way, and the promise stands sure, No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.
We do not ask to be without enemies, but we take our case and lay it before Him who sees and who reigns in Divine Sovereignty, trusting His wisdom and His power to work on your behalf.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your favor. We ask You to cover this family under the shadow of Your wings. Surround them with Your presence as a shield, guard them from every attack of man and every scheme of the evil one, and let no harm prosper against them that is not filtered through Your sovereign hand for their good. Show them Your favor, not as the world gives, but as Your grace gives to those who trust in Christ, granting them peace in the midst of trial, wisdom for each step, and deliverance in Your perfect time and way. Touch the hearts of those who oppose them, or in Your justice restrain them, that Your name may be honored and Your people kept. Draw this family ever closer to Your Son, that they may know forgiveness, freedom and favor in Him, and walk in faith and obedience before You. We ask this trusting Your generous and faithful character, for Christ's sake. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord daily in His Word and in prayer, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. He who has delivered will yet deliver, and underneath you still are the everlasting arms.
