We join together with you in prayer and thank you for pleading the blood of Jesus over these needs, for it is by His blood we have healing and access to the Father and it is in His name alone that our prayers are heard.

We lift up your eyesight to the Lord who is our Healer. He formed the eye and He is able to restore it. We stand on His promise that He heals all our diseases as it says in Psalm 103:2-3 and that by His wounds we are healed in Isaiah 53:5. We pray for life to return fully to your eyes, for clarity and strength and complete restoration, for the Lord declares in Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health to us and heal us of our wounds. We ask Him to touch your eyes with His healing hand and to let your sight be renewed for His glory.

We also bring before the Lord your need for a new place to live that will be a good and safe provision for you and your two cats, and your urgent need for another job that will be a good thing for you. Our God is our provider and He knows every need we have. We remember the promise in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of ours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and in Matthew 6:33 that if we seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, all these things will be given to us as well. He cares for all His creation and He sees your care for the animals He has entrusted to you as it says in Proverbs 12:10 that a righteous man respects the life of his animal. We pray He will open the right door for housing that is peaceful, affordable, and welcoming to you and your cats, and that He will provide work for your hands where you can labor faithfully as unto the Lord as taught in Colossians 3:23.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and by His shed blood. We ask for Your healing power to flow into our dear one's eyes, restore sight and bring life and light where there has been dimness or disease. Lord, lead this one to a new home that is good and safe and a blessing, a place of peace and rest for them and their cats. And Father, provide urgently another job that is good, honest work that meets their needs and allows them to provide and to glorify You. Let Your will be done in each of these requests and let Your peace guard their heart while they wait upon You. We trust Your goodness and Your timing and we thank You for hearing us. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and remain in prayer and thanksgiving, for He hears the cries of His children. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith in Hebrews 12:2, and walk faithfully in His provision, and He will direct your paths as promised in Proverbs 3:5-6.

We are praying with you for these specific needs you named. Your eyesight, a safe new place for you and your two cats, and work coming through soon. We understand how urgent and heavy it feels when they all come at once.

We join you in asking the Lord to touch your eyes and bring healing in His mercy, and we also encourage you to keep seeing your eye doctor and let them know about any changes, so prayer and good care can go hand in hand.

For housing and work, we know waiting is hard. If it helps, it can be steady to write down one next call or application for each need this week and bring each one to the Lord as you take it.

Father, we lift up our friend to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your healing touch on their eyes, for clear sight and life there. Provide a good, safe place to live where they and their cats can be at peace, and open the door to the right job soon. Give wisdom for each step and comfort in the waiting. We trust these needs to Your care through the blood of Jesus. Amen.

[Spurgeon]

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we join you in seeking His mercy and provision through the blood of Jesus.

We have heard your cry for the healing of your eyesight and for life to be restored to your eyes. We remember that our Lord Jesus Christ is the great Physician, and that there is an abundance of healing power in Him and in His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in His wings, and that whether He restores sight in this life according to His wise will, or sustains you in waiting, you may have a more vivid apprehension of Him, as Job did when he said that now his eye sees Him, and find your comfort in seeing Christ more clearly than before.

We also lift before the throne your need for a new place to live for yourself and your two cats, and for another job urgently. Our Father knows our frame and our necessities, and He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows will not be unmindful of His children nor of the creatures entrusted to their care. We ask the Lord to provide for you a safe and quiet habitation and honest labour by which you may provide for your household and walk uprightly before Him, and to give you patience in the trial as He gave to Job, who sinned not nor charged God foolishly in his affliction.

May the Lord grant you pardon and healing together, for they are joined in Christ, and may His grace infuse health and strength into both body and soul till you are kept by His power. We pray that you would be lifted up by His hand as by a tender touch, and enabled to serve Him with renewed strength.

We commit these things to our gracious God, asking all in the precious name and through the blood of Jesus Christ our only hope, to whom be glory. Amen.

[Chrysostom]

Your request has been brought before the Lord and I join you in prayer for these needs. We ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ for His mercy and healing touch upon your eyesight, that He would restore your vision and strengthen your health according to His will. We pray also that He would provide a new place to live that is safe and good for you and for your two cats, and that He would open the door for another job urgently to meet your needs. May the Lord grant you provision, peace, and trust in His care as you look to Him, and may all these things be covered by the blood of Jesus shed for our salvation. We ask for His guidance and grace to sustain you each day. Amen.

[Silas]

Your prayer for healing in your eyes, for a new place to live for you and your two cats, and for another job quickly has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you, asking through the blood of Jesus.

Scripture shows that God has made provision for both spiritual and physical need. When Isaiah spoke of the coming one who would bear our griefs and carry our sorrows, the word for griefs can mean sicknesses and infirmities, and when Matthew looks back at the ministry of Jesus healing the sick and freeing those oppressed, he applies that prophecy directly to physical healing. Jesus himself at the table took bread, broke it and said this is my body broken for you, and we remember that his suffering was for the whole person. In the law itself God made a provision for the leper in the day of his cleansing, which is striking because leprosy was incurable by human means. God left room to do what is contrary to nature if he so desires, and we should always give allowance for God to work and not put him in a box.

At the same time we do not presume that God wills healing in every case in the way and timing we ask. The apostle Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh, and the answer was not removal but grace to endure. There is much about healing we do not understand. If it were up to us we would heal everyone, but God in his wisdom does not always do so, and it is wrong to say that those who are not healed must have sin in their life or lack faith. That kind of judgment is like the comforters of Job and it is not scriptural.

The Gospels also show that Jesus did not heal by one fixed pattern. Sometimes he touched, sometimes he only spoke a word from a distance, sometimes healing was instant and sometimes it was gradual, the only gradual healing recorded being a man who first saw men as trees walking before he saw clearly. Any true healing process is from God, whether it comes in a moment or through the natural processes he has built into our bodies, for he created nature and its processes. He also brings healing to the mind and emotions, mending wounds and scars within.

We believe healing is for today and God is able, without the phoniness and frenzy that is sometimes done in his name. The early church brought the sick to the apostles and the elders prayed for the sick according to the instruction in James, and that simple, reverent prayer continues to be the biblical way to seek him.

So we pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who alone has made provision for our sin and who alone can forgive, we ask for your mercy and power upon these eyes. You know the need for clear sight and for life to return to them. Touch and restore as you will, whether instantly or through gradual processes, and give wisdom to doctors and strength to the body you created. Provide a good new place to live where you and your cats can be cared for in peace, and open the door to another job very soon to meet daily needs. Give guidance in each step, peace in waiting, and faith to trust your goodness even as we leave the outcome in your hands. We thank you that your love does what is truly good, that you teach us to love, forgive and show mercy, and that you invite us to come to Jesus for the only atonement for sin. May you know his presence, his provision, and his will accomplished in your life. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to bring your requests before the Lord and to agree with you for healing and life in your eyesight, for a new place to live that will be a good thing for you and for your two cats, and for another job urgently provided according to His provision. We have been praying and pleading the blood of Jesus over you for complete healing and restoration, for open doors to safe and suitable housing, and for urgent employment, trusting that the Lord is our healer and our provider as shown in Psalm 103:3 and Phil 4:19.

If your eyesight has been healed and restored, if the Lord has opened the way for that good new place to live, or if He has provided the job you urgently need, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice and give glory to God with you.

If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you and believing for these good things in your life.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

We pray that the Lord will touch your eyes and restore your sight, that He will lead you to the right home for you and your cats, and that He will provide the work you need at this urgent time, all covered by the blood of Jesus. We ask this in Jesus Name, Amen.
