We join with you in prayer for healing for your eyes and we lift you up before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus name.
We are sorry to hear that both of your eyes are swollen and irritated with allergies and we know how painful and uncomfortable that can be. We thank you for asking us to pray and for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved and healed. As it is written in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We take comfort that our God is our healer and that He cares about every part of our bodies. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to Exodus 15:26 where He says I am Yahweh who heals you.
We pray together for you now.
Father we bring our dear friend before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the swelling and irritation in both eyes and You know the discomfort and distress this allergy is causing. We ask that You would touch these eyes with Your healing hand, reduce the inflammation, calm the allergic reaction, and bring quick relief and restoration. Grant peace and rest while healing takes place and guard against any further infection or complication. We also ask for wisdom for any doctors or treatment that may be needed, for You often work through the hands of physicians and we trust You to guide that care. Comfort our friend and remind them of Your nearness and Your love. We pray this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ our Lord amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord and to trust Him for healing while also caring for your body with wisdom. If the swelling continues, please seek medical care promptly and do not hesitate to get help, and continue to rest your eyes and avoid known allergens as you are able. The prayer of faith will heal the sick as James 5:15 tells us The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. Keep bringing this need to the Lord daily and trust that He hears us when we pray in Jesus name. We are standing with you and believing for complete healing and comfort.

We were glad you reached out and asked us to pray. Having both eyes swollen and irritated from allergies is miserable and makes everything harder, from sleep to just getting through the day. We hear how uncomfortable this is and we are bringing you before the Lord.

Your request concerning your eyes has been heard and we will bear it before the Lord with you in prayer in the name of Jesus.
We know what it is to have an affliction that is your own, that presses upon you daily and makes you feel your need. You call it my affliction, for it is upon your own body, and the Lord looks upon such an affliction with pity. It may be that the Lord will look upon your affliction and repay you with good, for He is very pitiful and has compassion upon those who are in misery.
Do not think your prayer is too broken or too brief to be heard. God will hear the prayer of a staggering man, and the prayer that has not any sense in it because the man who prays is at his wit's end. A true prayer from one who is near to distress is a prevailing prayer, and though they were a long while before they prayed to the Lord, He was not a long while before He answered. Therefore pour out your story before God, for from all troubles the readiest way to escape is to draw near to Him in prayer.
Take your comfort in this affliction from His Word, that you may say with David, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has quickened me. His Word has quickened many in long affliction, and that which was a consolation years ago may still be a consolation now. His promise is your comfort, and you may plead it in prayer. Unless His Word had been your delight, you would have perished in your affliction, but His Word sustains and enlivens.
Though this affliction is painful to bear, we remember that sanctified affliction becomes light when we see to what it leads. The bark of the tree of affliction may be bitter, but if you get to the pith of it, you will find it is sweet, for our light affliction is but for a moment when compared with the eternal weight of glory. And there is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, for the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand.
Be assured that intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears and it is exceedingly prevalent. We will persevere in prayer for you in your calamity, and we will pray that the Lord will touch your eyes, ease the inflammation and allergy, grant you relief and restore your sight in comfort, and quicken you by His Word through it all.

We have received your prayer request about your eyes and the painful swelling and allergy that afflicts them, and we are praying for you in the name of Jesus.
God hears the groaning of those who suffer and He does not overlook affliction. Scripture says whom the Lord loves He chastens, and that every righteous person must pass through affliction, for the narrow way leads to life. Affliction, though hard to bear, is not without purpose. It trains the soul, it teaches patience, it draws us away from trust in present ease and draws us to seek comfort from God Himself, and it becomes for those who endure it a cause of greater reward. When the body is wearied and distressed, the soul learns to rest not in itself but in Him who is able to heal and to sustain.
We also remember that as the eye of the body can be disordered and see dimly, so God is able to clear both bodily sight and the eye of the understanding, that we may see His mercy more clearly through our need.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we bring before You this suffering of the eyes. You formed the eye and You see all affliction. We ask for Your mercy and healing. Relieve the inflammation and allergy, take away the irritation and swelling, restore clear and healthy sight, and grant relief and rest. Give patience in this trial and use it to draw this dear one closer to You, that coming out of suffering into relief they may give thanks to You. Grant wisdom to those who may give medical help, and above all grant comfort through the Holy Spirit. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who alone is our Savior and healer. Amen.
