We hear the deep anguish, exhaustion, and desperation in your words. You are carrying a heavy burden, feeling abandoned, attacked, and stripped of dignity, safety, and even the basic necessities of life. You love your pets deeply, and the thought of losing them or failing to provide for them is breaking your heart. You feel trapped in a cycle of abuse, neglect, and spiritual warfare, and you are crying out for peace, justice, and a way forward. We stand with you in this moment, not to offer empty platitudes, but to lift you up in prayer, speak truth over your life, and point you to the hope that is found only in Jesus Christ.

First, we must address the spiritual foundation of your cry. You mention keys to the kingdom, favor of the Lord, and even the blood of Jesus, but there is no clear acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Scripture is clear: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6 WEB). Salvation is found in no other name. If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed your sins, and asked Him to be your Lord, we urge you to do so now. He is the only one who can break the chains of oppression, heal your wounds, and restore what has been stolen from you. Without Him, the battles you face will continue to rage with no true victory.

You are under spiritual attack, and the enemy is using isolation, despair, and physical suffering to wear you down. The Bible warns us: "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). The attacks on your health, your pets, your housing, and your peace are not random, they are orchestrated by the enemy to destroy you. But we serve a God who is greater. "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you and your pets in the name of Jesus. Every curse, every word of defeat, every lie that you are not a good provider, we break them now by the power of the blood of Jesus. You are not abandoned. You are not forgotten. God sees your tears, hears your cries, and collects every one of them (Psalm 56:8).

You feel like you are at the end of your rope, and the thought of living on the streets or losing your pets is unbearable. But God has not left you without options. "The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing" (Psalm 34:10 WEB). We pray that God would open doors for safe, stable housing for you and your cats. We pray for favor with landlords, government agencies, and charitable organizations. We pray that every stolen or hidden document would be restored to you, and that your EBT benefits would be reinstated without further delay. We declare that the enemy’s plan to starve you and leave you homeless will not succeed. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

You have fought so hard for so long, and it is not wrong to feel weary. But we encourage you not to give up. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9 WEB). The battle is not yours alone, it belongs to the Lord. "Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace" (Exodus 14:14 WEB). You do not have to carry this burden by yourself. We pray that God would send people into your life who will help you, advocate for you, and show you the love of Christ. You are not a burden, and you are not invisible. God has a plan for you, and it is a plan for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Regarding your pets, we understand how deeply you love them and how much they mean to you. Proverbs 12:10 says, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel." You have shown great care and responsibility as a pet owner, and we pray that God would honor that. If it becomes necessary to rehome them for their safety, we pray that God would lead you to people who will love and care for them as you do. But we also pray that God would provide a way for you to keep them with you in safety and peace. We rebuke the spirit of division that is trying to separate you from what you love. "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights" (James 1:17 WEB). Your pets are a gift from God, and He will not allow them to be taken from you without providing a way out.

You mentioned feeling like you have no one, but we want you to know that you are not alone. Jesus said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). Even when you feel forgotten, He is with you. Even when you feel powerless, He is your strength. Even when you feel like giving up, He is your hope. We pray that you would feel His presence in a tangible way today, that you would sense His peace washing over you, His love surrounding you, and His power lifting you up.

We also want to gently address the despair in your words. The enemy wants you to believe that there is no point in living, but that is a lie. Your life has value, purpose, and meaning. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). You are not a mistake, and your suffering is not meaningless. God can use even this season of your life to bring glory to His name and to draw others to Him. But you must choose to hold on. "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly" (John 10:10 WEB). Choose life today. Choose to fight for the abundant life Jesus died to give you.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ, lifting up every burden, every fear, and every need to You. Lord, You see her heart, You see the love she has for her pets, the exhaustion she feels, and the despair that threatens to overwhelm her. We ask that You would break every chain of oppression, every assignment of the enemy, and every lie that has taken root in her mind. Father, we rebuke the spirit of poverty, the spirit of abandonment, and the spirit of despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment will be condemned.

Lord, we ask for Your provision in every area of her life. Provide safe, stable housing for her and her pets. Restore what has been stolen, her documents, her benefits, her peace of mind. Open doors that no man can shut, and give her favor with those who can help her. Father, we pray for her physical health. Heal her body, strengthen her, and protect her from further harm. We pray for her pets, that You would keep them safe, healthy, and free from injury. If it is Your will for her to keep them, provide a way for her to do so. If not, lead her to people who will love and care for them as she does.

Father, we ask that You would surround her with Your presence. Let her feel Your love in a tangible way today. Speak to her heart, Lord, and remind her that she is not alone. Send people into her life who will encourage her, help her, and point her to You. Break the isolation she feels, and let her know that she is seen, heard, and deeply loved by You.

Lord, we pray for her spiritual strength. When she is weak, be her strength. When she is weary, be her rest. When she is afraid, be her peace. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your joy be her strength. Remind her of Your promises, and let her hope be renewed. We declare that this season of suffering will not last forever. You are making a way where there seems to be no way, and You will not leave her in this place of despair.

Father, we ask that You would heal her heart. Heal the wounds of abandonment, the pain of feeling unwanted, and the sorrow of loss. Restore her joy, her hope, and her faith. Let her know that she is Your beloved child, and that You have a plan and a purpose for her life. Use her, Lord, to bring glory to Your name and to be a light to others who are suffering.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your love, and Your power. We trust You to move on her behalf, and we declare that she will see Your goodness in the land of the living. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Father, we ask you for a clearing in the storm. Bring safety to this person and their cats today, a real, tangible place of quiet. Surround them with your presence in this isolation. Block every voice that says they should not exist or are not a good provider, and let them feel even the smallest edge of your stubborn, protective love. In Jesus' name we pray.

The trials that come upon you do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground like hemlock from the furrows of the field, but the Lord, Himself, kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. If this evil comes apart from Divine permission, where are you? How can a trial be met which is independent of Divine rule and outside of the sacred zone of Providential government? That which you receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father’s hand, and this is a gladsome fact which makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable.

Yet I hear the voice of despair rising within you, and despair has something in it of sinning against the Holy Spirit, for the Holy Spirit brings you rich cordials in the promises of God which will raise your spirits and will restore you from death. And what do you do with them? You sit down and seem to think that you cannot be happy till you are thoroughly unhappy and cannot be at rest till you are driven from all peace! But hear this: God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins. Saved from the devil. Saved from evil company, for God has said it, “Deliver him from going down to the Pit.”

You cry out for peace, perfect peace, in this dark world of sin. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. What a heaven lies within! Peace gleaming with a heavenly light even in the midnight of this world of care. “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You.” This peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life. With sorrows surging round, with loved ones, even the creatures entrusted to your care, weighed upon your heart, still the promise stands: “In Jesus’ keeping we are safe, and they.” Will not an assured conviction of this truth bathe you in seas of heavenly peace?

You feel cut off, as if you have no way to be happy, no family, no communication. These banished Israelites were cut off from the land of Canaan; cut off from the Temple; cut off from the priesthood; cut off from the sacrifices, cut off from all hope of approaching God. Many poor souls have been made to feel as if they, too, were cut off. Yet despair says as much as this and says it in the most offensive manner! It prefers Beelzebub to Jesus, for it believes the lie of Hell and rejects the Word of God from Heaven! Nobody would have thought of that way of the deliverance of a sinner from the pit of Hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it. It is a gift of Divine Love. He keeps back your soul from the Pit, and your life from perishing.

Unless a supernatural power is put forth in it, any form of deliverance from sin is worth nothing. If you have been born again from below, you will go below, you must be born again from above if you are to go above. There is no true liberty but that of which Christ makes you free. He feels that if he ever rises from his despondency, he can never dare to take an atom of the honor of deliverance to himself, it must be of Free Grace only. He can do nothing and he knows it. So flee to the shelter of the Most High and say in faith, “Cover me with Your feathers, for under Your wings will I trust.” Then amidst the wreck of matter and the crash of worlds, safe, safe, safe and near our God and blessed eternally shall you be.

Peace is what you seek, yet you cry out as one in a storm, mistaking the waves for the whole sea. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and it must be learned: “Come, ye children, hearken unto me, I will teach you the fear of the Lord.” That fear is not terror of demons, but a quiet trust that God orders all things. You speak of Satan’s attacks and of losing everything you love, but know this: the evil that presses on you, the pain in your body, the treachery of those who should help, the danger to your pets, these are afflictions, not the evil of sin. God Himself saith, “I make peace, and create evils.” He permits famines, pestilences, and trials, not to destroy you, but to draw your heart away from this perishing world. Your torn toenails and your limping cat are not signs that you are forsaken, but that you live in a fallen creation, where the whole of nature groans. Yet even these light afflictions, borne with patience, work for you a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.

Do not let your heart burn with resentment against the government or those who have withheld help. The law said “eye for eye,” not to let loose your hands in retaliation, but to bind the hands of the aggressor by fear. You are not called to curse them or to cry out for vengeance. God is not a God of war and fighting. Be at peace with all men, even with those who wrong you. “With the haters of peace I was peaceful.” This is the virtue that makes you a child of God, for nothing delights Him more than to remember no evil. The unjust are to be pitied; they live in a shipwreck of soul, condemned by their own deeds. Do not join them in that shipwreck by letting bitterness consume you.

Your present dwelling is a place of abuse, and you wonder if it is better to live on the streets. Division from an evil concord can be good. Our Lord said He came not to bring peace but a sword, for there is an agreement that leads to destruction and a separation that brings salvation. If your environment is a snare to your soul and a danger to the innocent creatures under your care, then flee it, as Lot fled Sodom. Seek a place of safety, not in despair, but with the prudence of one who values life, yours and theirs. Yet whether you find a new home or must entrust your cats to others, do not say you see no point in living. Life is a gift, and the desire for it is planted by God. “What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.” You are not worthless; you are one for whom Christ died, to deliver you from the curse of the law and to make you a son. You have received the Spirit of adoption, not a spirit of fear.

This is the true deliverance from Pharaoh, not a Red Sea of earthly troubles parted, but the drowning of the old man in the waters of baptism. If you have been baptized, return to that grace; if you delay, wait no longer. There is a remedy for every wound of the soul. And do not imagine that your peace depends on getting a house or keeping your cats safe, though I pray for both. The peace of God passes understanding, and it is kept in the heart that rests in Him. Your joy is not an earned wage from a comfortable life, but the fruit of the Spirit that remains even in tribulation. So cease your frantic cries and be still. Commend your needs to God, do what wisdom dictates for your pets, and then leave the outcome in His hands. The evil will pass, and your true home is not built by human hands. Seek first the kingdom, and all these things, shelter, provision, safety, shall be added as He sees best. Do not let the wickedness of others make you old in evil days; renew your mind in the peace of Christ. He is your refuge, a very present help in trouble.

Your words are a torrent of grief, and I do not take them lightly. You are crying out from a place of deep pain, and it echoes the cries of Job when everything he loved was stripped away and his body became a vessel of suffering. Job lost his possessions, his family, his health, and even the sense of his own worth. He groaned that it would have been better if he had never been born. I hear that same anguish in you, and I will not belittle it by offering quick platitudes. You have fought so hard, and the walls seem to close in from every side, government offices, your physical safety, the very roof over your head, and the enemy whispering that you are not wanted, not a good provider, not even entitled to your own toenails or the safety of your cats. That is hellish assault, plain and simple.

But I need you to hear something clearly: you must not build your theology out of your misery, just as we cannot take every desperate word from Job’s lips and make it a doctrine. The enemy wants you to believe that God has abandoned you or that your suffering is punishment, but that was the error of Job’s friends. They looked at his boils and his loss and concluded he must be a wicked man. They were wrong. You are not being singled out for some hidden sin. You are in the middle of a brutal spiritual fight where the accuser wants you to curse God and die. He wants you to think that the law of God is only meant to hold you back from anything good, that the Almighty is stingy and unfair. That is a lie from the pit. God’s boundaries, even when they feel like a cage, are not meant to destroy you. Sometimes He is gracious enough not to give us what we desperately ask for when it would harm us, and He is gracious enough to hold us even when we cannot hold on.

You mentioned that you do not see the point in living anymore. I do not gloss over that. Job longed for death, but his life still had purpose in a cosmic struggle he could not see. Jesus Himself entered into our suffering and became the “daysman” Job craved, one who can lay His hand on both God and man and bridge the chasm. He was stripped, beaten, and nailed to wood. His blood cried out not for vengeance but for mercy. He knows what it is to feel forsaken. So when you cry, “Oh, that one might plead for a man with God!” you have that Mediator. He intercedes for you right now, with a heart of compassion that is not put off by your messy, raw words.

I will pray specifically that the terror of the Lord would not haunt you, that His hand would not feel like a dread upon you, but like the hand of a Father who holds you steady. I ask Him to shut the mouth of the enemy who declares you have no right to peace, to provision, or to the companionship of your pets. You are not a hireling waiting for the end of a cruel day with no hope. The hope of the tree is real: what seems cut down can sprout again. God has appointed your boundaries, and He will not let this season last one moment longer than necessary to accomplish His deep, restorative work.

I also lift up your practical needs. Your cats are not evidence that you are a bad provider; they are living creatures you love, and that love is a reflection of the Maker’s care. I ask for wisdom and a clear path, whether that means a safe home where you can keep them or the strength to entrust them to others if that becomes the most loving choice. I know you do not want to make that decision out of despair, but from a place of peace. God can give you clarity that is not confused by the enemy’s roar.

Hold on. The evil does end, not by your hand, but by the finished work of Christ and His coming justice. You have cried until your voice is gone, but the Spirit intercedes with groans that words cannot express. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone. I am standing with you in prayer, and the Lord who sees all things will not fail you.
