My depression had subsided a bit but now it is back with a vengeance. I am so tired of this back and forth although it never really goes away it just calms a bit. Please pray for a healing of this. When I am in the midst of this every problem and worry seem enormous and to big to deal with. I go through periods of not sleeping and life seems so much harder then it should be.
