My daughter is ### years old and has hyper kyphosis. She is bent forward and not able to stand straight. I feel like this is satan’s way of trying to overtake her life. Please pray for her healing. ###

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious daughter and her struggle with hyper kyphosis. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14) and knit her together with purpose and love. We declare that her body is fearfully and wonderfully made, and we reject the lie that this condition is from You. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand on the truth that Jesus came so that she may have life, and have it abundantly.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity that seeks to distort and disable her body. In the name of Jesus, we command every misaligned bone, muscle, and ligament to come into proper order according to Your perfect design. We speak healing over her spine, declaring that it will straighten and strengthen by the power of Your Word (Proverbs 4:20-22). Just as Jesus healed the woman who had been bent over for eighteen years with a single touch (Luke 13:11-13), we believe He is doing the same for your daughter today.
We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and specialists treating her. Guide their hands, Father, and give them divine insight into the best course of action, whether through medical intervention, therapy, or supernatural healing. We trust that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), even in this trial.
To your daughter, we say this: You are not defined by this condition. Your worth is not in how straight you stand but in who you are in Christ. He calls you His beloved, His masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10), and He has plans to prosper you, not to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11). Do not lose heart, for though outwardly you may be wasting away, inwardly you are being renewed day by day (2 Corinthians 4:16). We encourage you to stand on God’s promises, to declare His Word over your body, and to trust Him even when the journey is difficult.
Father, we ask that You would surround this family with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your glory revealed in this situation. We thank You for the healing that is already on the way, for the testimonies that will rise from this trial, and for the way You will use this for Your glory.

The archenemy watches with malicious glance and with cunning hand hinders at all points. This bent form, this physical weight that bows your daughter forward, carries the full impression of its Satanic maker. Yet it is written, "Our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory." The bark of this tree is bitter as gall, but those who by grace press through to the pith find it sweet as honey. What seems a crushing burden to natural sight is, when weighed in the balances of the sanctuary, a light affliction indeed.
This is your comfort in your affliction: that His Word quickens. The Lord comforts His servants not always by lifting the trial, but by quickening life within them under the trial. Unless His law had been her delights, she would long ago have perished in her affliction. Yet there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, the very leaves of that tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Him is full of healing virtue. These leaves change the life-blood, affect the spirits, and make the nature other than it was before.
It may be that the Lord will look upon this affliction and repay with good. Do not look so much at the affliction as at the design of God. The rough knife is held by the gardener's hand, and He is using this for your daughter's soul-prosperity and for your own. The clock of mercy will strike the hour and moment of deliverance, for the time shall come. There is a ransom found, a deliverance invented by Divine Love alone, and whether that deliverance comes in the form of straightened limbs or in the sweeter miracle of a soul sustained and sanctified through the bending, He shall bring her forth also with silver and gold. Every child of God can speak of "my affliction," and yet still sing of deliverance from worse enemies than a crooked spine. We have been delivered from a far darker bondage, and that eternal rescue guarantees that no Satanic hindrance can overtake her life if Christ has made her His own.
