My Daughters Child Support Breakthrough Plz

Jehovah Jireh El Shaddai my daughter hasn't got her child support she is 14 but a couple times in her life. Her father Joey left on drugs when she was a baby and never took any responsibility. Lord hold him responsible move every mountain stopping him from paying her child support right now. Iam the head not the tail(Deut28:13)Heb 4:12 QUICK lord right now according to your will and your word send as many angels as it takes to have him clean and sober from drugs and paying child support all in full and the state doesn't take it either in Jesus Name right now Amen
